Signed up after speaking to sales agent for EMI setup. Spoke to an account manager a week later and we agreed on the call that growth shares may be more appropriate and that seedlegals aren't set up for that (or have limited capacity for it). Asked for a refund and they refused because it was after their 48 hour cooling off period. Which is non-sensical given it took a week to speak to someone and the sales person was not able to answer my initial questions.

Complete con - will take this up in court.
