Founder Catalyst were a huge help in guiding us through the SEIS process. They made everything much clearer, kept things moving efficiently, and gave us confidence that we were handling it properly. As an early-stage startup, having that support was extremely valuable.

I use FounderCatalyst to manage our share options scheme, and have been extremely happy with the service. Sam and his team are always on-hand to answer any queries or resolve any issues. (I also recommend them to my clients when working with sweat equity!)

The Founder Catalyst team are exceptional and I would refer anyone in my network to them at an instant. Extensive resources, documents and videos to help upskill founders through the process of fundraising. The Founders Catalyst team have been first class, always on hand to answer questions and guide us through SEIS and EIS Advanced Assurance (which we just received!)

Exceptional service! I joined FounderCatalyst in Nov 2025 to stay compliant while raising under KIC, and with their support secured Advanced Assurance. The team are knowledgeable, responsive and incredibly patient. Highly recommended by Creative UK Devon, SETsquared Exeter and Innovate UK - and it delivers. The platform is easy to use, the resources and Q&A sessions are invaluable, and despite a few minor bumps, it’s been a smooth experience overall. I couldn’t have done it without them and would highly recommend to any founder raising under SEIS/EIS. To note, once submitted, it was a super quick turnaround time of just one month!

I signed up for FounderCatalyst in December 2025 and my priority was staying compliant, while raising under SEIS/EIS. The FounderCatalyst team guided, advised and I now have Advanced Assurance and a secure data room. So we are now raising at the good rate and with the teams advice, adjusting our strategies. This was complex to navigate being an oversea entity and close to a non qualifying trade. We were careful to appoint a company who could guide us through. Right from the off, the line of questioning gave a clear deeper understanding and genuine desire to reach a positive outcome for all. Many calls and emails were taking outside of typical business hours, including over weekends and late evening. I simply can't recommend Sam, Max and the team at Founders Catalyst enough.

I used the Founder Catalyst platform for my EMI scheme, EIS application and investment round. This was my first experience of both so I needed lots of guidance and confidence that I was doing things correctly. The whole process was fantastic and incredibly good value for money vs other platforms or paying lawyers to draft all the documents. The FC platform contains pretty much everything you'd need along with tonnes of help documentation and guides plus an incredibly helpful and responsive team. If I wasn't sure about something I generally got a response from the helpdesk team in a matter of hours, max. My situation wasn't especially straightforward but the team still made everything plain sailing. I've already recommended them to several other entrepreneurs.

Founder Catalyst has been a genuinely valuable experience. From the start, the team demonstrated deep expertise, practical insight, and a real commitment to helping founders succeed. For me and my business it was guidance through the Advanced assurance process to get SEIS and EIS certification from HMRC.

The community aspect is also a huge plus. You’re surrounded by ambitious, like-minded founders, which creates strong momentum and accountability. Communication has been responsive and professional throughout.
