Segal Jewelry レビュー

I ordered a ring which was not only beautiful, exactly as described, but it arrived a couple of days later, beautifully gift wrapped.
Thank you so much!

I honestly cannot recommend Segal Grimsby enough. From start to finish, the whole experience has been absolutely amazing.

A very special thank you to Laura, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of earrings for my amethyst collection. She was so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful, answering all my questions in detail before the purchase.

When the earrings arrived, I was completely blown away. They are even more beautiful than described, truly stunning. If anything, the description was modest compared to how gorgeous they are in real life! I am absolutely obsessed with my new amethyst and pearl earrings.

The packaging was just as lovely and thoughtfully done, making the whole experience feel extra special.

As a seller myself, I really appreciate the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail they offer. Everything, from communication to quality to presentation, was simply perfect.

They truly deserve all the praise in the world. I will definitely be coming back again! 💜

Segal Jewelry is a brand you can trust—transparent, reliable, and skilled.

They kept me updated during production and shipping, so I always knew the status

Purchased a gents second hand bracelet online. It arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. It actually needs 3 links taking out and segals couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend and I’ve used them time and again !

Brilliant service. The charm I purchased was perfectly described with measurements & details. I had a query on the website so rang the office & spoke to a really helpful lady who explained exactly what I needed to do. The item was delivered the next day. I had checked trustpilot before ordering & the reviews were encouraging so I placed my order.

Answered question promptly. After ordering kept informed of delivery which was very quick. Beautifully packaged. All info required/receipt enclosed. Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommend.

Great products, lovely packaging and such quick delivery.
Highly recommend.

Bought a silver chain the other day for 2 lovely pendants that I have. The lady was very patient and got out lots of chains. I had forgotten to take my pendants in so was buying blind. Got the chain home and it didn't quite look right so I took it back and another lovely lady sorted it all out for me. I got a chain which looked lovely and a credit note for the remaining amount so I can choose something at a later date. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend that people go to this store if they love silver.

Found Yaniz through Etsy.com and immediately fell in love with his workmanship to not offer turn of the mill jewelry pieces. Made my first purchase in 2018. Circled back in 2022 for Necklace and Earrings. My entire family could not be more in awe of my new pieces. Yaniz you are numero uno in my book. And I am very, very selective!
