Rosalind was absolutely fantastic for selling my home in Chepstow. Always contactable and always got back to me with any questions, information or anything asked if her. She went above and beyond with the sale of my house. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She works so hard for her clients.

I worked with Rosalind levy who is the estate agent for Chepstow. She was extremely quick to respond and find answers to any enquiries I had. She was a delight to deal with and a fantastic sales woman. I would highly reccomend her as a sales agent.

Daniel Thompson was a great person to deal with, when we wanted to purchase our right to buy house. He showed positive attitude and was ready to listen any questions we had and put us in the right direction. No matter what questions I had and what time he was there to answer and support me as I didn’t know the process with it being my first home purchase! I appointed SellMyHome for the marketing and sale of a retirement property, which finalised with a successful sale. The staff I had contact with at SellMyHome, are all very communicative and quick to respond, which includes the marketing, sales and administrative staff.

I’ve dealt with Tim when buying my property and most recently trying to sell my property. He has been absolutely fantastic with both processes. The purchase was seamless, and although I’ve decided to withdraw my property from the sales market temporarily, he did a wonderful job of presenting favourable offers. His communication has been faultless throughout and when I look to sell or buy in the future, I will have absolutely no hesitation in going back to Tim.

So pleased I bought a house through Sell My Home. The agent Daniel was always on the other end of the phone if I had any questions. Five stars!

We have used Sell My Home on two previous occasions and have received excellent service on all occasions. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that they have changed the way they operate, taking control away from the customer (who used to have access to a portal where viewings were arranged online, not via the agent) - we feel this is a retrograde step, by introducing a 'middleman' (the agent). We much preferred the way it worked before.

Sell My Home provided an excellent service in selling our shared ownership flat and getting us to completion.

I was using RentMyHome before SellMyHome which belongs to the same business group I guess. It was a seamless sale experience to me as most matters were dealt with directly by SellMyHome teams. Daniel who was my account manager assisted me right from the beginning to the very end. From sales price research to arranging viewings and negotiating with buyers, you can trust them always putting your interests as top priority; from sales agreed to sales completion, you can rely on them to keep tracking progress on your behalf and make sure it get completed soonest possible. So yeah, a perfect experience I enjoyed from SellMyHome. :) We'll be renting out and selling again at some point next year, so I expect we'll continue using their services without a second thought!
