Sell my home are without a doubt the best estate agents we have ever used. The value for money is unbeatable anywhere and the service is 5* from Start to finish. I have done and will continue to recommend Sell my home to friends and family and will most certainly be using them again. The customer care we received during a very difficult time having problems with our solicitors made our move possible. We cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Sell my home.

I just had a very poor experience with SellMyHome.co.uk where no effort was made to create a good advert for my property. Their pictures looked fake and were limited to 15 images only (I even had to suggest and use 2 of my own pictures in an attempt to make it look better). I had to contact SellMyHome.co.uk on numerous occasions to add to/rectify the advert description which was a pain, they should know how to do their job but unfortunately they didn’t.
A 3D tour was used showing items which should be hidden making the advert look ridiculous.
The floor plans were blurry, inaccurate and nobody could see nor read anything at all. Easy money made for SellMyHome, they require £500 +VAT for doing next to nothing and for showing a poor advert on all the major platforms. When the customer is not happy and the complaint is justified they know that they will get their ‘exit’ fee so why bother….
Unfortunately I realised that they were not very good after a few weeks (very little was done in the first 2 weeks so the customer easily misses the ‘cooling off’ period where one can change their mind).
I would NOT recommend their services and I switched to a local agent who will hopefully be more professional than SellMyHome.co.uk.

Update: Following my review I had a phone call the next day (Thursday 28th April 2022) from Tim Bentley/SellMyHome.co.uk who offered me a partial refund of £250 + VAT if I would agree to remove my bad review from TRUSTPILOT…When I informed Tim that I will not remove my comment as it’s a real review and I will be claiming the full amount of £600 (£500 + VAT) through MONEYCLAIMONLINE.GOV.UK he ended the phone call in an abrupt manner. SellMyHome.co.uk has now 7 days to refund me the fees for their poor work or the claim will be sent to the court.

Comment to the reply I just read from SellMyHome.co.uk:
Saying that my property is overpriced is a poor excuse which SellMyHome.co.uk uses when in fact Mr Harvey Palak confirmed on the 24.03.2022 per email that he was happy to advertise my property at that price.
To the advert sent to me for approval before going live: That’s true as it was sent to me per email and I didn’t notice the extend of the mess with the 3D tour at first unfortunately as I trusted it would look professional (which after a closer look it didn’t) and the same happened with the floorplans of the property which once live on the portals looked blurry.
I am looking forward to showing the blurry floorplans which were live on the major platforms for the best part of 2 weeks as well as the messy 3D tour and also all the email correspondence which will show how unprofessional SellMyHome.co.uk was as the screenshots and emails will speak for themselves. I trust the court will recognise if the customer’s rights to get a professional advert have been taken into consideration and decide the outcome.

I am a lady who has bought and sold houses for over 50 years now and from that I do know great customer service. Daniel from SellMyHome, Leicester, is one of the most professional business people I have experienced. He is thorough, polite, knowledgeable and straightforward. If I ever need to buy or sell a home again, I would contact Daniel in a heartbeat.

Ros Levy was very motivated to get us into our new home. If we were to sell our home, or wanted to buy a new home, we would use her again, or recommend her to our friends.

After a few quotes I put my house on the market with sell My Home, and the agent Rosalind Levy quickly had viewings and an offer of the asking price. From acceptance of the offer to completion, she kept me in the picture with phone calls and emails every step of the way, making sure everything went smoothly and to plan. I also used one of the local solicitors from her list, which were very competitively priced, and very professional in their handling of the sale and moving through the process in a methodical manner with the minimum of fuss.

Ros Levy was great from the begin to the end of the sale of my property. She reassured me when there was a hiccup with the land registry and kept everyone in the loop.
I highly recommend her.

Firstly I did not get offered any vouchers to leave a positive review. I actually got a very professional final email letter congratulating the exchange and leaving a link to review.

I must admit I did my research and was on the fence between two companies in the end. Sell My Home won me over as Daniel was knowledgeable, professional but not pushy, he let me have time to think and answered any questions. It also was reassuring that they were local.

I certainly do not regret my decision, within 4 months of literally knocking the office door and making my first enquiry the home was sold!. Sell My Home have different sales packages to suit your pocket and needs, the sales type of process you want can be them doing everything or you can DIY some parts e.g. viewings, home pictures.

I personally would not hesitate to use the service again as they were fantastic at keeping me updated along the way, viewing bookings were taken care of and offers were promptly communicated. They also have dedicated teams that work on specific parts of your sales journey which I liked, as it was not one person chasing everything from start to end. Once Daniel sold my home, he handed me thoroughly over to Caroline who saw my journey through to exchange. Overall I was taken by surprise at how good this company was.
