We had thought of putting out home for sale for some time and didn’t realise how easy it was! Scott Cave and the rest of the team; Sharon, Caroline and Sarah had all helped to sell our home really efficiently. I have recently purchased an investment property and spent a long time looking for one remotely. Wes Collins was the selling agent. I found him to be clear, honest, good to work with and down to earth. All very refreshing qualities.
Wes was always contactable throughout and whilst he represented his client first and foremost, the seller, I found that as the buyer he was approachable and motivated and understood any issues that I faced from my side very well.
When I look for another property I will contact Wes.

Fabulous service.
I thoroughly recommend the services provided by Online Estate Agents SellMyHome, and in particular William Reid, who has pulled out all the stops in aiding me to sell my mother’s property. My mother unfortunately has been admitted to a residential care home, necessitating the sale of her house to fund the costs. Bill went above and beyond to assist me during this stressful and trying time to achieve a quick and successful conclusion.
It wouldn’t be fair to leave out Sarah Davies who helped push through any problems presented by my solicitors and the purchasers, and also the local Hayes office who were always there when needed.
Many thanks to all of the above.

Tried access this site for 4 days, nothing working and no sign of it doing so, a waste of time

Excellent service from start to finish. We can't recommend them enough. We were kept updated throughout the whole process. Always someone to speak to at the other end of the line and very professional and courteous. The Leicester team were brilliant and a special thank you to Sarah Davis who worked above and beyond.

Sarah Davies from Online Estate Agents was managing our house sale completion and we cannot speak more highly of her. She went above and beyond at every step to ensure we were fully informed of the process and was incredibly personable in her approach, recognising the ongoing stresses and extraordinary situation. Having previously used other online agents (Purplepricks) and local high street agents, I can honestly say that SellMyHome easily comes out on top. The company were very responsive and supportive throughout the process, and the sales negotiator was very good.
We did have to do a bit more work - hosting viewings and chasing the ultimate buyers for updates etc... but overall very much worth it and saved £000's in fees.
I hope they don't grow too big, too quickly and lose the personal touch and great service.

Online estates agent now SellMyHome have been brilliant. These were not even my estate agents, but they were for the property we were buying and for the entire chain above. Sarah Davies - I cannot recommend and thank her enough. She worked so hard during the entire process and was continuously in contact with us and the rest of the chain. She was always polite and kind and was always chasing solicitors and the other buyers on our account. Cannot recommend her services enough! If I ever move again (not planning to after our 6 month wait from offer being accepted to completion) but I would definitely request I have Sarah to oversee my sale.

I was ignored for a property viewing, even though I called everyday to view this property.
Very unprofessional! Or maybe, because I am Muslim.

Me and the current buyer of the property have the same right to have a chance to view the property and give you an offer.

I'm sure your terms and conditions only says treat all the candidates equally, but actually you don't abide to your terms and condition.

All my communications were ignored by sellmyhome and also have not been given a chance to view the property and give an offer higher than the current buyer.

By your reply you're implying that I'm incapable of giving you higher offer???

I was apprehensive at first using an online estate agent, but I have to say the service they have provided has been very good.
I have been able to speak to the team whenever I needed to, and have constantly been reassured, with Sarah being my rock despite some issues within the chain!
Both Anna and Sarah were extremely pleasant to deal with, kind and understanding, a real pleasure to speak to.

Great service from the whole team, Sharon and Felix were brill. Made extra effort to schedule viewings outside of work times. Sarah in particular was fantastic, excellent communication and a very friendly, lovely lady. Prompt replies and always available to chat over the phone. Things were delayed due to Covid however Sarah was always there to offer advice and support & got things moving as quickly as possible. A great pleasure working with her!
