We have had excellent service from these. Tim and Sarah have been very responsive with our questions and have helped us to sell our home. I personally would Highly Recommend these.
They are very Knowledgeable and help with the progress from start to finished.

A prospective buyer for CB4 3QP let down by Sellmyhome.

Saw a property at CB4 3QP on Rightmove and called sellmyhome on Monday to make enquiry. The lady told me no one was available but someone would call back by the end of the day. Called on Tuesday again, was told by a lady Danielle that someone would call back within 20mins.

Fast forward to Thursday, 3 days later - still no call back. Called on Thursday again and finally spoke to a lady Anna, she promised to email me immediately after the phone to take things further. Then came Friday, no email received from Anna.....

Went to their website on Thursday and they had a meeting arrangement - I then scheduled a chat at 09:00-09:15 on Friday morning with Robbie Hughes from sellmyhome. Guess what....this chap did not bother to call at all.

Called them again on Friday, though I was a bit annoyed at their indifference treatment. Told the lady my concerns and she said she did not know who I spoke to so cannot trace. Nevertheless the conversation turned rather heated.

Decided to put in an offer via sellmyhome website and finally got someone to call me on Friday afternoon, only to ask me why such a low offer. The property was advertised for £310K and I put in a very low offer of £265K not to be funny but was trying to see if I WOULD EVER GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THIS FIRM as a prospective buyer.

All in all - am disappointed with this sellmyhome business model.

Will I put in a decent offer - I certainly would as I am interested in the property but no if the agent is going to be sellmyhome.

The excuse of we are busy does not buy me any comfort, each of us have our own busy life.

Just my 2 penny very bad encounter and experience with this sellmyhome, never will I touch any property through this firm ever again

Do your self a favour and avoid like the plague this company and even that's a stretch are just so bad no stars is to good a rating I
Stuck with them through covid 19 and boy do I regret it if you ring you get a text back saying ill ring you back.the last time was Thursday and Friday gave up and told them on Saturday morning June 27th 2020 to take my property of right move but they didn't on prime location or Zoopla rang on Monday and emailed told 48-72 hrs before it would be off .rang Zoopla they said sellmyhome could do it straight away
So if you want petty kid like behaver these are the people for you its now 7.30pm on Tuesday 30th June 2020 and my house is still being advertised by this shame of a site .
Add on . I just went to there website and. Clicked on complaints and it seems after you waste your time with them they pass you on to the ombudsman I checked the the one they say and surprise surprise there not a member under sell my home .co.uk
And iv read some reviews and I have to say find it very hard to believe when I was speaking to the same people how good they are .the customer service I got was shocking (avoid at all cost)
update finally took my house off at 13.48pm on thursday 2nd july thats 6 days after and wanted me to take this review off just because they answered the phone on a sunday and said no estate agents work on a sunday i think thats one for other estate agents my local ones certainly do

Anna has made what was a difficult transaction in the midst of a global pandemic, an easy exchange. She has been courteous, professional and responsive at all times, also friendly and always available to help and offer advice. We can't thank her enough for her help and business acumen, she is to be both commended and highly recommended! Thank you Anna!

Total scam!!! They charged my credit card, did not advertise the property on the website. I requested a refund that was never issued. Now they do not respond to any emails or calls.

Very happy with the service from Anna and the team at SMH, very good value for money and with the option of the 'add on's'. Communication with potential buyers and my self was first class. No pressure sales, just a great service. Thank you SMH

We were initially quite nervous about using an online estate agent, but we wouldn't hesitate to use SellMyHome again. From the initial, reassuring and informative talk with Harry, to the ongoing and excellent support from Felix, we got over and above what we paid for in terms of value. We had a long and protracted buying experience, with an ongoing sale falling through, but throughout it all, the selling of our flat with Felix was as smooth as it could be. He really went over and above for us. Thank you!

Unbelievable Service.

I couldn't believe the service we received from Laura and Anna. It looked like our sale was going to collapse but they pulled things around and rescued the deal.

Great support throughout, and the seller portal was very easy to use. You do get what you put into it. I went for the cheapest package so of course expected to do a lot myself in terms of the viewings and chasing our buyer. This may not be for everyone, but if you are looking at going down this route then you should already be expecting that. If you are looking at going down the online agent route I honestly think you should seriously consider sell my home. I won’t be moving anytime soon, but if I were to then o would use them again.

Amazing service and excellent value!

Anna was assigned to manage our property and took care of everything from the initial listing and photos all the way through to memorandum of sale and completion. Having an individual contact made the whole process run smoothly and Anna was always on hand to chase things up when required. We actually had a buyer pull out at the last possible moment (3 months into the sale) so we had to start the whole process all over. We changed photos and took the property off the market and then back on for a 2nd time and nothing was too much trouble and didn't have any extra fees.

I would highly recommend sell my home and will use again in the future.

I was so very grateful to Anna, and sometimes Harry, for the help, advice, patience and keeping in touch over the year it took from putting my place on the market to completion. I never met them, but it felt like there was a friend on the end of the phone. Anna was so sympathetic and supportive when my first buyer withdrew, and worked hard to get another buyer. Writing one's own sale report was interesting and useful, as you can add all the useful things that you have found while living there. And having the video tour was useful I think for potential buyers. The cost was so much less compared to street agents, so that was a bonus. But the best was the feeling of security with Anna on the case!

A very efficient and organized team delivered all services as promised. I also recommend the account management product option.

Outstanding service from start to finish. My account manager Felix was on hand not just throughout the time I was on the market but also during the post sales support as I opted into the ‘completion bundle’ which is highly advised. Premium service at a budget cost. Shame he supports Harlequins but other than that no complaints! Thanks Felix.
