I m trying to contact them regarding a suspicious email from their company. I was not able to reach them!

I've worked for years with Semantix. They've never missed payments, they have great communication, and a wealth of learning material at the disposal of their workers. To say they are one of the best companies I have worked with is putting it incredibly mildly. I wish them much success and many more years of working together.

I have been working with Semantix as a freelance translator for over 4 years in a major project and I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and the working ethos in the company.

Project managers are very helpful, understanding and proactive. Payment terms are better than in other translation agencies (30 days from invoice) and any services you need (PMs, vendor management, IT help) are always available almost on the spot.

I recommend Semantix to any freelance translators. The team of vendors that have been collaborating in the major project also showed professionalism and high quality work, which made the the overall collaboration very easy and smooth.

I contacted the real Semantix through e-mail and their online portal almost 4 years and after the evaluation started working for them. No problem at all. The payment process ist transparent and stable.
People are nice.
There should be a mechanism in Trustpilot to separate the comments on scammers from those of the real company.

Their rates are fair. I was shocked to read some reviews here. It is obviously some scammers, not the real company. I would definitely recommend Semantix.

I've worked with Semantix for decades and they are my best customer. I personally know many of the project managers (mainly from Gothenburg, where I lived and studied), who are very close and flexible, and most years pay a visit to them for a coffee and a snack or so that they try some of the Spanish specialties that I bring to them (especially chorizo!). They are a great customer to work with, the texts are interesting, they help you whenever there is a problem and are grateful when you spot a mistake in the source text and point it out to them. Besides, payments are timely made, which is a plus. I still have a few years before I retire, and hope I will continue working with them until that! Thanks for your trust in my work!

Same scenario happened. After I submit my work done, converting pdf to word document. They passed me to another person and told me their finance manager. After I message to said finance manager they ask information and picture of me. Then while they processing the payment. Suddenly, they will message you that they already deposit the payment but you need to pay for linking account worth of $40.

I was lucky to see a post here before I send a payment.

These scammers meet me on Facebook group. He posted a job offer and told that they give $2000 for this typing job. He give me the telegram id of his project manager and he told me about the work.So I texted him then he sent a pdf and told me to convert it into MS Word file.. and I did it. He didn't ready to sign a contract and also didn't give me some advance money. He said its our company policies. So I did it according to them. After completing the project he said to submit it and then they will give my money but when I submit it he give me another telegram account and told me he's our account manager. He will give you money so I texted him. Now this man told me to give some info about account,my name, address and pic etc . So I did this too. Now he told me to deposit $40 into their company's account. And they give me a id card number then my money will be withdraw into my bank account and these $40 are refundable. Now here's the scam they are charged you $40 and didn't pick your call and message and maybe they blocked you. So I'm here to aware you guys about these scammer. Don't waste your time and money behind them.
