Hi Mirsoslava,

Although we have contacted you, and with the purchase of your bag, you are saving more than 65% off the RRP. We have no control over the condition in which Dolce & Gabbana sends us their previous season stock, so the bag was proven to be undamaged. Although the bag did not come with its original dust bag, Dolce & Gabbana provided a replacement.

We understand that this was not the best experience for you, and we always appreciate any feedback to highlight what needs to be improved in our services.

Dear Lorna,

Thanks for taking your time to review your customer experience with Sendegaro.

Upon further investigation, our customer care team had sent you an email on the 28th March requesting the dimensions for the repacked parcel so the pre-paid label would be sent out to you.

There was no further reply from yourself until 10th April, 13 days after the email was sent to you.

Your parcel was delivered to you on 17th March. Our policy is clear and easy for all of our customers, we offer free returns for all of our orders for all of our customers as long as they act appropriately and within a timely-manner to help us arrange the collection within the 14 days as specified.

You had went over 3 weeks from the return window and further emails show that you threatened our customer care advisor to force a return and if we had not, you would write a review that would try to hurt Sendegaro.

We welcome all reviews, but we will where appropriate make it clear to our customers that we do not tolerate such threats when we have tried our best to arrange the service and journey where possible at our expense even though you had specified that the dress did not fit yourself.

We do offer our customers a capped £20 return fee which they can request when they request the automated process via our website.

We recommend that you choose one of the options for your next return before returning with the highest paid courier.
