Service was abysmal, took weeks to arrive and the quality of the bag I bought is disgusting the clasp doesnât keep the bag shut so all my things fall out. To return the website has âplease email to returnâ I havenât had a response so I have a £80 handbag that canât be used hanging on the back of my bedroom door that will never be used. Everyone who I show it too says âohh thatâs not a bad fake at all is it!â Which is disappointing when it isnât a fake! Avoid this company at all costs or be left disappointed!!

I ordered two Valentino bags and one belt for myself. The shopping experience was very good. The products shipped from Italy and got delivered on time. I did not have to worry about customs release for them - the company took care of everything - and the shipping was free! I am very happy with the products I have received, the quality is good and very good value for money. Will buy from Sendegaro again.
I have only one feedback - the product size was not very clearly depicted on the website. Although they have given the dimensions, pictorial representation can be more informative for customers browsing online. Hence, one of the bags I had ordered was bigger than I had expected - I am happy with the purchase regardless.
