Order was incorrect and delivered before the Birthday of My Wife!

Yellow Roses with with Red Flowers was ordered as per the picture of the bouquet offered.

This was to be a Birthday arrangement gift for a delivery on April 23rd before Noon..as per the Birthday message written for rhe order...THE FLOWER SHOP SHOULD HAVE KNOWN! My order arrived the day before her Birthday.

Thanks for messing up my gift!

I was disappointed with the delivery time. It was a special occasion, my wife's 50th birthday. The flower delivery was missed that day. When I ordered it, I selected the date and time and the delivery address, and my order was accepted for that date. It didn't arrive until the next day. The flowers are not fresh and some are already wilted. The Courier charges extra for the delivery. Anyway, I hope there will be an improvement for your services next time..

I ordered a bouquet of flowers on the same day for my mom’s birthday. However, I received an email from them that they cannot deliver the flowers because i put a wrong contact number. I quickly replied with a new contact person. Quickly resolve the issue and after 2hrs they succesfully delivered to my mom. Thank you!

I ordered flower to be delivered on April 16, 2026 but came on April 15, 2026. I very disappointed on this Service as I ordered many times before but it seems your service did not improved but got worst.

My girl friend lives in a remote area and I was a bit nervous that they could make the delivery, but they did and exactly when they said they would! :-)

I ordered funeral flowers from SendFlowersToPhilippines to be delivered for a specific funeral service. The timing was the entire reason for the order.

The flowers were delivered 24 hours after the funeral had already taken place.

At that point the delivery was completely meaningless. Funeral flowers are meant to be present during the service to honour the deceased and support the grieving family. Once the funeral is over, that moment is gone.

I contacted the company hoping they would properly acknowledge the seriousness of the mistake. Instead, they offered to send a “condolence bouquet” after the funeral as compensation.

That completely misses the point. You cannot replace a missed funeral with another bouquet the next day.
This wasn’t a birthday gift that arrived late. It was a funeral. The one thing that mattered was delivering on time, and they failed to do so.

If you need flowers delivered for something important or time-sensitive, I would strongly suggest choosing a more reliable service.

Delay delivery

Sorry company, paid $135 for flowers,cake, and teddy bear one week before Valentines day. Never showed up. No working phone numbers for customer service. Only email returned said " processing " .
Very disturbed
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! RUN AWAY!

Not really good if you take my money for a delivery on a special day like Valentine's Day, then fail to make the delivery. Bad business and would not recommend you to anyone.
