This is a fantastic platform

This is a fantastic platform! It is incredibly easy to set up and aesthetically quite pleasing to look at. I also love the way that it puts together the content digest making it incredibly easy to share my contact with my audience.

SendFox is easy to use...

SendFox is easy to use and you will be up and running very quickly provided you are not a complete novice to autoresponders. I like its simplicity. But I would like to see more done for creating better email templates for Smart Campaigns.

Don't Waste Time! Pay More for a Better Product & Service

I was hoping to move across from MailChimp to SendFox and save some $$. Unfortunately, I just wasted a lot of time and money.

From day one I wasn't happy with SendFox, but it had a good rating and was cheap. So, I tried to stick with it and give it ago.

The finial straw was this weekend, when it took a couple of hours to draft a newsletter and I sent it to a friend to check and for them to add their content etc.

The email was blocked and I was locked out of my account. Waited a couple of days for a response and was told "the reason you were banned is because you had really high spam score on the campaign you created" & "all the campaigns you send had a really high bounce rate".

There was no warning, they just banned my account and deleted my campaign, no chance to edit it or anything (hours wasted).

Compared to MailChimp the bounced is a lot higher with SendFox and more often than not, they go straight to junk.

Honestly, don't waste your time and pay a bit more for a better product and service.

Hi Ross,

We will respond the same way we did on your other reviews of SendFox so viewers can get some context:

First, we'd like to apologise for longer response time over the weekend. On weekends, our response times are a bit higher, plus it was Independence Day in US so the office was closed.

As we mentioned in our support channel, your account was automatically banned as the email campaign you drafted had a really high spam score, specifically:

- One of the links you added in the message was blacklisted
- Message contained spammy phrases
- Message contained affiliate links which is against our Terms of Service

Because of this, the account got banned automatically and we had to delete the message as it would instantly trigger the ban again because of the same reasons mentioned above.

On top of this, all the messages you sent before this campaign had unacceptably high bounce rate - in some cases over 20%, which is not something we can allow as it damages the deliverability for all other SendFox users.

The bottom-line is: We want to ensure that SendFox maintains great deliverability for all users, and unfortunately that means we have to make some hard decisions. There are still complaints coming in on older messages from your account — and Google looks upon these very unfavourably — so our hands are a bit tied when it comes to sending emails with high spam score.
