So far as so - it seems very easy to use - I have the lifetime version - I'm not really finding I'm missing much without the HTML editor - yes I wish I could change the font size of the heading styles (they're a bit too large), but that's about the only thing. I've yet to include an image, which I'll be doing a lot in the future so hopefully that will be easy, but setting up the automations was very straightforward.
Took me a little while to work out that you have to set up your list, then add people to that, as you don't seem to be able to add people to an existing list, but as long as you know that beforehand, it's doable that way.
Overall pleased with my purchase and I think I'll be doing more newsletter emails because of how easy it is to use.

I am new to sending out emails to subscribers, so what I found most helpful about SendFox is their help service. I send an email asking about something and promptly receive helpful answers in all these, very, very helpful staff. Add on top of that the economic cost of SendFox compared to other suppliers and I have to say you can't go wrong using this company.

Thank goodness for a service that is a lifetime plan versus another monthly amount.

It's smart, it's fairly easy to use once you've gone through the Youtube tutorials. I can put the same person in different list and it's not counted as a duplicate. It can help me pull a smart email campaign from the blog I put up. I can tag and send only to those tagged as e.g. "X". For these, it wins the Marketing platform I'm using now. My only gripe is the BUTTON LINK is always giving my recipients the same problem. For every email sent, I have to reply at least 15 emails to why it says "Too many...after I clicked", "Is the server busy"? And the reply from SendFox is that if there are 5 clicks from the same IP address, the link won't work. And TBH, I've also tested it as a recipient for all my emails. Sometimes the 1st click may not even work - so odd! I checked to the Support Team, there's nothing they can do. So now, I have to type out the URL and inform ppl to Copy and Paste the URL to another browser. It's a bummer and I wish the Sendfox team can fix this cos I can have more than 5 people within the same company clicking the email that I sent.

Sendfox only sends to 10% of your list, saying it's optimizing them for your benefit. It's not a benefit, and it is a waste of time and effort.

The comments below do not help. It is a bait and switch tactic. No where does it state on any of their purchasing features that it will restrict your emails to 10% or obviously one wouldn't purchase it.

I love the simplicity of the site and the wonderful interface. Y'all are doing a wonderful job.

SendFox is easy to setup and use. The user interface is simple to understand. I set it up with a WordPress site. And if you are new to email marketing and have a limited budget, SendFox might be the platform for you. You can set up a email Newsletter easily with SendFox, too.
There are videos on YouTube to get you started or to better understand the platform. I also found their Support Desk responsive and very helpful.

Is very easy to setup. It just works.

I think Send Fox is very simple to use. As a start-up, I also value the fact that it's free to use.

Experts recommend that your newsletter shoul look like a plain email, which Send Fox is great for.

The sign up form looks very neat and pretty to look at. You can also add a fancy button to your email if you want to direct your readers to some special content.

Can't fault it - I recommend!

If used a few other options and what stands out about sendfox is the ease of functionality. You can tell the developers "seriously" took the user end into account.
