I've been using Sendfox with no issue for almost a year, and have sent welcome emails to thousands of people and had about 2.5k people sign up to stay subscribed. Despite this, I go to send my first mass email and low and behold, instead of sending, it goes into 'warm up' mode where it runs a bunch of tests and doesn't send the email until it fulfills some mysterious stats that are unaccessible to me.

This is incredibly disappointing, and while I understand Sendfox 'does this to protect me', it's a really terrible experience and here's what I take issue with in particular:

1. There was no warning - if I'd known it would take days (or weeks? Who knows?) to 'warm up my account' to be ready to send an email, I would have acted weeks ago. Even before I clicked send, there was no 'heads up, this email will take days to send' warning.

2. There is no undo. I can't take back this send (despite it not being sent!) which is just insane. If I'm supposed to only send to people who have double-opted in THEN SAY THAT SOMEWHERE so I understand, and then let me cancel a mass send so I can just send it to those people.

3. Support is slow to respond, and offer no ways of speeding up the warming up process or an estimate of how long it will take to send.

4. There is no time estimate given, despite the chat helper AI on the side of the site telling me there should be an estimated time when I hover over the 'warming' up button. This has been removed at some point, which is also not a good sign. So because I can't undo this send, this time-sensitive promotion email my company relies on is essentially locked in limbo for an unknown amount of time. Well that's just great! :(

It is a very useful and easy to use platform because of its environment similar to other email editors.

First of all, I like the price of the product. It is straightforward to use. I'd recommend it to anyone who's getting started and utilizing its power.

Tuttavia le liste sono illimitate ed un contatto può essere benissimo presente in più liste! Ottimo quindi il rapporto qualità-prezzo! 😉👍🔝

I've looked and looked for something uncomplicated to use for my newsletter, since losing Tiny Letter. This is it! There are some things to learn, but the help is wonderful.

After being enticed by the appealing Lifetime deal, my experience with Sendfox as an email marketing solution has been unfortunately disappointing. The primary issue at hand is the reliability and performance of the email campaign system. Despite setting up campaigns meticulously, I've encountered significant delays with emails not being sent out. Waiting for days without any progress or explanation isn't just inconvenient; it disrupts marketing schedules and can potentially tarnish relationships with subscribers.

The allure of cost-effective solutions like a Lifetime deal is undeniable, but it's imperative that the core functionalities—like timely email delivery—are robust and reliable. The effectiveness of an email marketing tool is largely measured by its deliverability rates and the responsiveness of its support team when issues arise.

As of now, the silence in response to urgent queries has been disheartening. The absence of timely support exacerbates the situation, leaving users in a state of uncertainty and frustration. For a platform that holds the potential to be a pivotal tool in one's marketing arsenal, the current state of affairs is remarkably underwhelming.

I hold onto hope that these pressing issues are temporary and that Sendfox will take immediate action to address these shortcomings. A responsive support team, timely resolution of technical issues, and a transparent communication channel are essential to regain trust and provide the service that users, especially those committed to a Lifetime deal, truly deserve

Love simplicity? Then SendFox is for you. I honestly love it; there's not too much to learn, and it goes straight to what you need. Want a pro tip? Take your form code and go to Chat GPT. Ask it to give it some style. It will provide you with some CSS lines to make it shine.

This was recommended to me and it didn't disappoint. As a small business I was looking for a cost effective solution for automated email campaigns. This one is simple to use and while it doesn't have some of the fancy options of other email campaign software it does a very good job and was quick and easy to implement.

Awesome! I was looking hard for a serious but cheaper crm... I was about to give up, when I find Sendfox 🙏

Grabbed a lifetime pass on sendfox. So far it's fab. Does everything I need it to do. Sending newsletters is easy. Such value for money!

Just getting started with SendFox, and it hasn't disappointed. It was quite easy to set up, migrate my list from another CRM, and start sending emails. The learning curve on this system is pretty easy so far, and I've already added it to my "recommend" list for others.

Simple and intuitive tool to set up email marketing campaigns. It lacks some functionalities compared to the bigger names but for starters this tool is perfect.

You get more extensive WYSIWYG options when you upgrade. My opinion is that you should offer this with all paid options including more fonts.

Sendfox is the worst email marketing software you can ever use. A brand new email account will quickly end up as spam email over their servers and all your emails will end up in the spam folder. Your newsletter subscribers via embed forms will be added to the unsubscribers list and you will end up deleting your own subscribers. Later due to all of the above your bounce rate will increase and your email send will be optimized and later they will upsell you monthly subscription over and above Lifetime deal you paid for. Finally the best part is whenever you are in trouble nobody will reply to your emails. Good Luck!

These guys are super responsive and helpful. I've had far less good support from high cost items/apps!

SendFox is awful. I wish I had never heard of it. People sign up to be notified of a sale and then SendFox won't even send them a SINGLE EMAIL. The new people miss the sale and they are mad at me. It's a nightmare. They refuse to let you send to all of your newletter customers because they think they know better. I have had so many people mad that they sign up and get nothing from me that I'm going to have to move back to Mailchimp. AVOID SENDFOX if you actually want to send email to anyone.

Impressed so far, does what it says on the tin! and working well for my campaigns. Great value.
