SendFox has been broken for over a month now.

I'm talking about basic, advertised functionality, i.e. picking up content from RSS sources. Their editor has been broken as well. As a result, it's not possible to send out emails. That renders the product useless.

I have reported the issue to support, and they have been unable to resolve this. I have demanded a refund, and they have not responded.

This is the worst experience i've ever had with any product. Stay away.

I really like SendFox! I like the lifetime one-time payment best of all, and I love the SendFox support. You guys are the best at helping me, even when I goof up. You are so patient. I wish my double-opt confirmation went to one of my own pages instead of the generic SendFox page (kinda strange), but other than that, I'm thankful I found you guys. Keep up the good work!

After purchase I expected full functionality, but has premium plugin with monthly subscription to activate full functionality. Naughty. Clean interface, love it, but too much Sendfox branding.

I'm thankful I ran across this company. The emails are always delivered, and you can't beat the price!

I am very pleased with Sendfox. Paying 50 bucks once to be able to send unlimited emails to thousands of people is just such a no-brainer! The app is well designed and easy to use. The Smart Pages are well designed, too.

The integration with YouTube and other platforms is just crazy awesome. What I'd love to see, though, is an automation for live streams. Basically, whenever we start a live stream, I want an email to that live stream to be sent out automatically.

Excellent value for money and great support. I've just started my third site on using Sendfox, after a break of 9 months and it was so easy to get back into. Highly recommended.

Excellent product and excellent customer service. I've established two accounts with SendFox myself, and it's the only ESP I recommend for my clients.

SendFox has a simple and clean interface, with very great prices compared to other brands in the market. But what I really loved was the service the team gave me. I see that they are an ever-growing brand that cares about customer happiness. Mr. Srba M. at SendFox was by my side with quick and detailed responses through the whole process of first migrating to their platform then helping out with any and all questions I had. Giving great advice and also recommending articles and sites I could view for different questions I had that were outside of SendFox. I thank Mr. Srba and the SendFox team once again. I fully recommend SendFox to anyone who requires the service and I myself am very pleased and happy with my decision of migrating to SendFox.

Great platform, and the cheapest one! With the same functions as more expansive platforms

Super service. I started on the free version I will work my way up as my needs grow and develop.

I moved to Sendfox from Mailchimp. It's not that there's something wrong with Mailchimp. It's just I was recommended to try so I did. And for my purpose Sendfox seemed a better fit due to it's simple and clean interface and less functionality. That might seem odd but I prefer simple things that do just the thing I need and nothing more:) So if less ir more for you too - give Sendfox a try!

I started using Sendfox for one Email campaign. They just blocked my Account, and customer Support answered, "We recommend you find another tool that better suits your needs at this time."

No Idea why, but so I move on...

Update: Thanks I already found another email marketing service. Just for your information, I have been using Sumo's service for 5 years. One of your employees then recommended to me using sendfox. The experience was unfortunately very bad. Also, your reasoning that I operated affiliate marketing is not even true. bye bye

Just started using this product and I’ll be honest it’s much better than expected. This is for the new person who wants to look professional when it comes to email. I’m looking forward to using this more in the future!

The price is good, though it's on the clumsy side compared to MailerLite or other alternatives. It's a good bunch who are behind it, so I hope that over time it will be more user-friendly. Unfortunately, they "optimize" emails, meaning that they may send to only HALF your list for unclear reasons. Their site says they do this if the open rate is poor (mine wasn't), there are a higher number of unsubscribes (not the case), or spam complaints (I can't see where to find that date on SendFox). This is discouraging when I have a new release in a week, and no way to notify half of my list, and no clear reason why.

Excellent tool with a really affordable lifetime plan. I can't wait to see the next steps of their roadmap, they will be a game changer for the small businesses trying to get qualitative tools for communication.
