Great service from Seneye Support

I had a Seneye Home unit for several months when it developed a strange issue.
Contacted Seneye Support and a couple of emails and photos later, a new replacement unit was sent to me.
Installed and all is working fine now.

Great service and a friendly helpful manner.

This is s great tool for any fish keeper.

This is s great tool for any fish keeper, keeps a eye on your even when on holidays. Much better than playing with liquids or unreliable test sticks. Very good customer service if you have any problems setup, or if something goes wrong.

Seneye Webserver Access

I recently purchased the Seneye Webserver with Wifi module. Installation went smooth and I got up-and-running in no time. I did struglle with the direct webserver access. The Senye support team were helpful and efficient.

I in a bind setting up my seneye

I was in a bind setting up my reef seneye with server. I sent a message and someone contacted me the next business day. They fix my issue with registering my sensor and I was up and running. Great Job

I have bought the seneye pond system 20…

I have bought the seneye pond system 20 days a go and when i received i was very happy until the installation process, that was a pain in the ass, why because i did not find any manual how to install the software, of the sws and how to register the sws i had to write to the support system to help me i have made a video of the issue the help me in maximum 1 hour from my ticket. The phone app cant be installed on new versions of android , i have an S24 ultra i had to get the apk. install to be able to install the app. another problem is that i did not found any instructions of how to set up the levels of the monitor, i mean in which range should i set the alerts, another issue that i have now, is that the monitor gives different readings of the temp off the water at every hour i have different temp and in the pond i have another thermometer and it shows that the water has 5 degrees and the seneye shows 3.5.3.another 4.6 and the pond is its covered and it.s 1.5 meters deep and the seneye is in the pond at 1m deep. i did not found any instructions how deep the monitor should be, should i pot the monitor on the floating bracket or should i leave it like this? overall i like the system. it gives you notifications mails and sms.

Great customer service and support at resolving technical issues

I’ve now given up on this product entirely. The Seneye monitor for my freshwater tank failed three times in just one year. When it worked, it was fine — and to be fair, customer service was very supportive, replacing the monitor twice under warranty. Thumbs up for that.

Unfortunately, the product itself proved unreliable. It repeatedly stopped providing real-time readings every 30 minutes, which defeats its purpose. For me, that was the final straw, and I’ve now ditched it completely. I cannot keep replace it every 3 or 4 months.
Update:
After nearly giving up, I decided to reach out to Seneye's technical team. The support team has been consistently responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to resolving my issue. They carried out thorough testing (of both the monitor and my PC environment), kept me fully informed at every stage, and proactively arranged a replacement device without hesitation.
Their communication has been clear, friendly, and detailed, including helpful guidance on setting up the web server. This level of care and efficiency is rare, and it has given me full confidence to continue using Seneye going forward.
A truly excellent customer experience — highly recommended. So I am now upgrading my rating.

Great company

I’m highly impressed by how this company stands by their product. They accepted it back under warranty, fixed it, and covered shipping back. The device works great, though I only use it as a PAR meter. I highly recommend them.

Seneye reef support

Have been using the seneye reef for a few years but have stopped keeping marine fish and wanted to sell it so emailed support to see what I needed to do for the buyer to be able to use it had a quick response and all sorted in no time fantastic support.. Thanks..

The support is amazing

The support is amazing. So much patience. I thought my Seneye Reef was faulty but with a lot of corresponding with the support en their technicians they found the issue by having a teamview meeting with me. It turns out I made a mistake but they patiently helped me out anyway! Perfect product, very happy with the device and amazed by the support. Very friendly as well.

Absolutely brilliant customer service

Absolutely brilliant customer service, kept me fully updated resolved the problem and replaced the seneye slide i had used trouble shooting. Could not have been more helpful, unlike so many others these days. Good old fashioned customer focus couldn't recommend enough.
