This is s great tool for any fish keeper, keeps a eye on your even when on holidays. Much better than playing with liquids or unreliable test sticks. Very good customer service if you have any problem... もっと見る

After contacting customer support about an issue I had with my Seneye web server I was excepted for them to say sorry we are unable to help you. To my surprise they went above and beyond what most customers support do. They communicated really well and fix the issue I had even tho I was out of the warranty period thank so much for your understanding and patience and fabulous customer service.
Great device and support.
I have had my Seneye reef for about a year. I had initial setup issues, but the Seneye support got me through it and works well.
Having had it for a year, I feel it is a good time to review the product. It has been very reliable and I love that I can check how certain parameters can be checked while I am at work.
My only mini moan is I would like to see more development on more parameter’s that could be added to the system.
Come on Seneye, let’s see more development!

I’m very happy with the response of the technical team to my issues. Very quick. I’ve had problems with the SWS for a long time and was resigned to not being able to use it but since, I think, March this year, the unit has been working properly. I’m assuming that something was done in the backend of the system? In any case, please keep up the good work.

I'm a bit indifferent about the experience. I contacted Seneye to report difficulty in connecting to their PC app. I supplied all of the information they requested via their help screen. I received an acknowledgement they received the request for assistance. That was 12 days ago. After several days, and after frequent retries, I was able to open the application. I don't know if this was a result of them responding to my request or if I just got lucky. Today, I received two emails. One informing me the they closing the case because they had not heard back from me and a second one advising my ticket had been resolved and requesting me to write this review. As far as I know, the case was "resolved" because they "closed" it due to no response. The good thing is that the app is now working but I don't know why.
