Great company, I submitted a ticket and started receiving assistance pretty quickly. They walked me through how to correct my issue until it was resolved. I am really happy with the Seneye Reef and with the customer service the company provides.

Excellent communication, solved the issue in a single e-mail, out standing customer service

A great product for monitoring my fish tanks water condition. And in the rare occasion, I’ve had to contact customer service. The standard service has been outstanding.

The experience has been mixed thus far. The app is intuitive to use and the data are useful. There are several downsides:

(1) pH readings are not accurate. I believe we need to calibrate the pH readings whenever a slide is changed, but I would not care to spend the time calibrating. So I just rely on the trend to monitor for anomalies instead.

(2) pH readings are very sensitive. I need to clean up the sensor device window to ensure it is read accurately. I do not know if the readings I have are reliable or not.

(3) Most of the times things run smoothly when I change a new slide except this occassion where the number of the new slide has already been activated. I suspect someone entered the wrong slide number. I contacted customer service who did not respond me for days. So I ended up throwing away the slide. Days after that I got an email from customer service informing the issue has been "resolved". I do not know if they fix the issue on the backend because I did not receive any update from them, and even so, it is too late now. So customer service is non-existent.

I have been with Seneye for many years now. They look after my tropical fish tank. It is a great system they have and I have had excellent support from the team when thing have gone wrong on a few occations.

I had to sell my Seneye Reef to another user and support was quick to help unregister the device from my account, so that new owner could start using it.
It would be helpful if there was an option in our account to do that ourselves.

Sen Eye SWS not connecting to the internet site. Sent an email to Sen Eye support and they fixed things from their end. Sen Eye support always very helpful.

Seneye water monitors have always been a fantastic addition to any aquarium. They keep you constantly informed about the water status to avoid disasters !!! Their helpline have also been there when I needed them.

I had a problem with the light readings. They sorted it really quickly. Very pleased with the service and device.

Quick and helpful support.

Product has helped keep my fish happy and healthy by allowing me to constantly monitor critical environmental factors in my tank. When the unit started acting up, support was quick to try a remote check and replaced then unit quickly when they determined it was faulty.
