This is s great tool for any fish keeper, keeps a eye on your even when on holidays. Much better than playing with liquids or unreliable test sticks. Very good customer service if you have any problem... もっと見る

Had a slight issue with registering the Seneye as I bought it second hand, but this issue was addressed and sorted out in under 24hrs. Can’t ask for a better customer service than that!

I have had Seneye to monitor my Koi pond for over 5 years, it provides me with comfort and security 24/7 even when on holiday abroad. Whenever, which is rarely, Seneye's expert and knowledgeable support staff are on the end of the telephone line to solve any problems. I wouldn't be without it.

I recently purchased a seneye reef sensor
I recently purchased a seneye reef sensor for my new reef tank as I have another seneye on my first tank and really enjoy having the constant monitoring. It has alerted me on several occasions about issues that I was able to resolve quickly to keep my tank healthy and safe. My new sensor registered as a home device.instead of the reef device.that has the par meter activated. I reached out to them over the weekend when they were closed but got a response first thing Monday morning. Thanks for your help and really like your products.

Bought my second device for another…
Bought my second device for another tank but this time was secondhand and was still paired to The previous owner, so I had to email seneye while I got the seller to email and everything was sorted and unpaired

Second hand setup experience
I bought a second hand seneye device and sws device and got in contact with support for help setting it up. They were very helpful and got me sorted with everything very easily. I'm very happy with the customer service and the products, everything is working perfectly!

I've been using Seneye for a good…
I've been using Seneye for a good number of years, its great for checking the parameters of your tank on a daily basis with the mobile app or just looking at the device in the tank. Recently I thought I had a problem with high ammonia readings on the device. Unfortunately the device had stopped working, not bad for nearly 10 years I think. I asked for advice from support who asked me to carry out a few simple tests and a photo of the slide. I was informed that the device was no longer working, I purchased a new one at a reduced cost and support loaded all my data and reregistered my slide to the new device. Great service.

Was having some issues with my Seneye…
Was having some issues with my Seneye not sending the readings to my phone anymore after a few tests they determined that the device itself was faulty and sent out a new one from start to finish took around a week total so can’t fault the customer service on that

Device does not give accurate readings
Device does not give accurate readings. But support blames everything else. Luckily I have been in the hobby 50+ years and did not panic and used multiple other tools to cross-check and verify.

Erratic Readings
Seneye will not accept the device is sending faulty readings. Very hard to trust a device when you keep getting erratic readings.

Great product, and useful for quick constant monitoring of tanks. First class. Tech support have been fantastic when I asked for a change on my homepage to see a summary of both tanks. Would recommend.

Oke, but not super
Lader en kabel kwamen kapot binnen (er zat gesmolten plastic in de stekker, er is dus geen qc test gedaan bij de fabrikant) Omdat de stekker een splitter heeft, heb ik nu zelf twee apparte usb laders moeten gebruiken en twee losse kabels.
Daarna volg je de manual om alles in te stellen, opzich helder als je wat computer kennis hebt, echter is de manual voor de wifi extender niet meer up to date. bij de laatste stap stop hij er mee, dus misschien is er iets veranderd in de laatste software? Ik heb nu de wifi extender in router modus laten staan en dan wifi uitgeschakeld (dan werkt het wel, maar is niet volgens de manual)
Nu draait alles, wat fijn is een een gerust gevoel geeft. Echter zou voor mij de UX designer wel wat beter zijn best mogen doen. Het systeem is in zowel chome als safari extreem buggy, en het zelf indelen van widgets is gewoonweg niet te doen. Ook is het gek dat je zelf niet het zicht van je tabel kunt bepalen?
Readings lijken oke, al springen de temperatuur readings nog al eens onmogelijk op en neer. Ik had wat meet gebruiksvriendelijkheid verwacht van het systeem
