This is s great tool for any fish keeper, keeps a eye on your even when on holidays. Much better than playing with liquids or unreliable test sticks. Very good customer service if you have any problem... もっと見る

Excellent after purchases service
Excellent after purchases service. Leaving in Spain we had a huge problem with the delivery (never arrived home and was returned to the UK). They where very active solving the problem sending a new one through a different mail company. Finally I had my product safe home. Good job!

I ordered a PAR-wise meter online for my reef tank for coral placement. when I received it the meter arrived DOA. I emailed support and within the next day the issue was resolved and I was sent a replacement meter. I received it rather quickly. All my concerns were address promptly and the emails dealing with one person made it even better. Thank you Reuben, your great, and keep up the great work.

Always awesome!
The Seneye device and team have always been awesome for me.
The device works very well and remains very accurate to my other regular testing kits (temperature and pH). It is a great unit for on-the-go visuals to let me know if there are any issues with my heater or if the pH is not where I am expecting.
Great to use as a home-kit PAR tester as well. I picked up an eBay 3D printed holder for easy PAR testing. (Seneye could learn from this and add it as a useful device in their range).
The support team have always been great when I have needed to contact them. Quick responses via email and even the phone lines are answered by a human and easy to talk too.
A great addition to have on my reef tank.

Great support, great service
I had a device go bad after a few months of usage. Seneye's support team walked me through a handful of troubleshooting steps, and ultimately decided to have the unit replaced. We coordinated with a local distributor (I'm based in a different country), and I had a new unit within a couple of days, free of charge. Great support, great service. Thanks!

Faulty seneye unit
I had a faulty seneye that was giving the wrong and much too high temperature. I was send a new unit within a matter of days (hours even ). Very great service

Seneye Reef - Gebrauchtkauf
Habe mir einen Seneye Reef zugelegt. Für die Einrichtung des Gerätes incl. web server habe ich Support benötigt (Gebrauchtgerät musste vom Bestandskonto getrennt werden, bevor ich es mit meinem Konto verknüpfen konnte). Der Support ist zwar nur englischsprachig, dafür aber schnell und hilfreich! Zwei Tage nach meiner Anfrage konnte ich das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen. 👍
Online sind auch gute Anleitungen vorhanden.

Great support!
Acquired as used Seneye reef monitor that was linked to another account. Seller co-operated with confirmation of new owner, but the speed with which Seneye support corrected this was amazing. Device has allowed me to tune my lights for best coral health and I suddenly have lots of friends willing to trade frags and borrow it. Great device! Great support!

i have used seneye off and on for last 5 years now it can be a little tricky to set up but the support is amazing, always on hand to help and sort all problems quickly

This is my first seneye product. I LOVE it! I had a slight issue with the temperature not reading after a month. I emailed support and within minutes they helped me resolve the problem! Great company!
