Quick delivery of a fantastic product

Good service and good product, easy to use

I bought a dragon home water fountain ages ago from them and loved it, your can hear the water trickle and it sounds beautiful, but it stopped working I bought a new pump but it didnt last long. So decide to buy a new one. I bought the butterfly water fountain it looks beautiful but I am disappointed with the water not making any sound, I thought it would have a nice trickle affect as it as 4 little falls on it, but nothing, my dragon one was a lot better.
Fast delivery and packed well.

I bought 2 waterfalls absolutely beautiful and well designed. Functions as intended and their customer service is amazing anytime i need to speak to them. Product came packed well.

I love my Sense Aroma white sea shell mood lamp. Beautiful colours in the rotating glitter ball- very relaxing. Excellent product, great communication and customer service. Prompt delivery. Would recommend.

Quick and Easy process.

I broke my crystal bottle the other day and found a nice replacement on their website which was a fair price.
The delivery was fast and efficient.

I had previously bought 2 of these at a stand in my local shopping centre. Wanted one for my bedroom but the stall wasn't there anymore so found it online. The delivery was quick and came fully protected. I choosed a different colour then my other one and gave one before to my brother and his girlfriend. The colours of the light are beautiful and I have light sensitivity but this doesn't affect my eyes or it doesn't give me a migraine. Showed this light to a few of my friends and gave them the link to this brand. Definitely recommend it. I like it's battery operated or you can use a Usb cable too.

Love the diffusers and the oils smell amazing, immediately went back to order more.

Nice lamp quickly sent and well packaged.

I ordered a pack of 2 replacement bulbs for my plug in wax warmer. I received 1, it was brown and arrived packed in a box for a hedgehog nightlight. I jave emailed regarding this on 05th Feb and have not received a response.

This is a lovely silicone night light, very cute. It’s a bright light colour with three levels of light, quite bright when on the top level. It arrived on time, well packaged & was kept informed of its delivery progress. Great website, will use again.
I do have one little downside, the light chargers from underneath & if you put the charger out to hard the charging unit comes out which we found out, you can easily put it back in though.

5* Even though the first pump was faulty, the aftercare service I received from Jeanette was extremely helpful and certainly made-up for the faulty pump. Very happy customer.

Easy process, only one negative, I baught two crystal globe lights, one with a sailong ship one with the earth both rotate in an a clockwise direction it would have been better if the earth rotated anticlockwise the same as ut does in reality.

Prompt delivery, very well packaged, and a fantastic price compared to competitors

I've had purchased afew products from sense aroma.
All products have been really good and I did receive a call to say one of my items are out of stock. This wasn't a problem tbh and I was sent the rest of my order and delivery was was within the 2 days.
On receiving my order I checked and all my products I received are all good and I also received some little extra goodies free.
I did put in another order which I received wrong. I sent emails but phoned them the next working day and spoken to someone instead. I did call them up again due to not receiving a call back.
My problem was sorted over the phone and a replacement was sent out within the next 2 days. I got my replacement but still send the wrong item. Another phone call to them and sorted ot again and was promised I would get the right replacement this time.
Was sent out and I now received the right order finally!
Overall they did send me the right product out and ended up with freebies for the trouble.
Customer service is better of you phone them and speak to someone.
Customer service isnt great for communication by email that's the only bad thing I can say.
Products and prices are very good when a sale is on.
Ive used them 3 times since September 2025 but with a busy Christmas and new year I think they got so busy and orders went a bit wrong.
I will shop with them again in the future still. 😃

Excellent so easy to order some new bulbs for my touch lamp although the postage was more then the 2 packs I ordered!

My order arrived really quickly considering it was around Christmas time. It was packaged well as it was glass. Very happy with the service I received.
