Serck Motorsport レビュー

Easy to order, quick dispatch and of course a good product.

Made a call before ordering to confirm fitment good customer service and quality is outstanding.

Very helpful and obliging young lady on phone (Michelle Smith)

Purchased wosp high torgue starter .Got off to a slow start but communication then improved dramatically.

Great customer service. Bought some vibrant resonators, and collected in person from their store. Quick and easy, also spoke to Craig who helped me with some good information on product selection.

Oil turned up on the day they said it would! Good service.

Items delivered as promised. Good quality products.

All as described. A bit of miscommunication re delivery date as I was informed the item was out of stock for two weeks, but turned up a few days later.
Good product though.

Delivered late due to stock availability. Was notified but did not respond to questions so the reality is the item arrived too late and I needed to buy from elsewhere.

What I wanted, good delivery too.

Very good communication and delivered ahead of schedule.

Serck held stock of a Garrett actuator that I really needed and could not find anywhere esle. I asked if they could send the part quickly so that I could fit it before the weekend. Michelle was extremely helpful and got the part to me one day earlier than expected.

That sort of customer service is more and more rare these days so kudos to Serck for standing head and shoulders above the crowd.

Brilliant service - many thanks

Spot on as always. Very quick turnaround from order to received.
