Just wanted to say a big thank you to Julian and the team. Very thorough and explained in detail at every step of the way. Family member recommended them and what a relief! I spoke to so many different companies before service4service and none of them took the time to properly explain the problems with my car like these did. Hopefully not but if I had any other cars with gearbox problems I'd use them again! Thanks guys

I cannot thank you guys for your exceptional customer service and equally great customer experience. I am a returning customer because i was so impressed with the service i received last year and although i live in the center of london , find it hard to find a garage to carry out my MOT or service of my VW Crafter Camper van. I dug out the old emails and went onto to your website, filled out a request for an Intrim Service and MOT and within 4hrs recieved a phone call from Pete who confirm requirements and costs along with possible timings. The fact that you provide a collection & delivery service and at a very very competitive price is incredible. I had to cancel twice due to my circumstances changing on the day of collection but without any issue at all I received calls from Pete rearranging and organising a new time and date. Im not sure i can think of another business that gets it so RIGHT. Brilliant service guys.

I cannot express how happy I am with the service I got from this company. From the first call to the day my car was dropped off, they have been professional, informative, polite, and have done everything they could’ve done to help me on this arduous journey. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Not only did they have a complicated repair to do on my car but they also had the added complication of dealing with the warranty company. I was kept abreast of everything that was going on throughout the repair and the communication was first class. Special thanks goes to James who I spent a lot of time talking to, and also to Peter. Both of these people are a credit to Service 4 Service and could not have done anything more to help me. Every time I called, they were friendly, helpful and I felt as though they were doing all they could for me. So now, my journey is over, I have my car back and I want to thank all of the team at Service 4 Service .

I have been totally impressed by the patience and help given to this 'old fogey', who not only loves her car, but also wants to know what's happening to it! So in that respect, at times, I would have liked to have known some more detail (so 4 not 5 stars) re what was wrong-but recognise that I had no knowledge at all re gearboxes - so it would have been a long conversation...! I always felt welcomed and have experienced the patience which my advisor showed me in all my questioning. He was available or became available either immediately or when I was given a time. Certainly the perfect front man! Thanks to all for your service - much appreciated. I was assured that if I need further advice, I should ring for it, which gives confidence. I will recommend you.

James was extremely helpful with the advice given when I was in a stressful position. He talked me through the background information I needed and tried to help with a solution. Although James couldn’t do anything for me he continued to support with further questions I posed to him. He was patient and again informative. Thanks L

Pete is the perfect front man... He's a born communicator and extremely easy to get along with. My Kuga Powershift box was suffering from the various known problems they undergo. I was in a bit of a bind with upcoming holiday and a rural residence. Public transport not the greatest option in these parts. Fear not !!! Pete Rozario and Service4Service were at hand. He did everything he could to expedite matters to fit into my schedule. Other service providers just came back with a flat 'take it or leave it' approach. The car was collected within a couple of days, the work was scheduled, and the car returned in great working order. The only hang up, was a short delay in getting parts. This is a fact of life these days, but didn't delay work too long. Well done Pete and Service4Service... Thanks again !

Great service, Peter kept me informed of what was happening and when and made the major works being done simple to follow and non stressful. Great workmanship and fair pricing and the car is running better than ever, would definitely recommend S4S if you need any professional engineering work done.

My car broke down was taken to a garage who were no help what so ever. Googled and found service 4 service, first person I spoke to was Peter Rozario who assisted in retrieving my car and getting it to his garage. He diagnosed the problem with my car and contacted the warranty company with the results. The warranty company refused to accept the results and declined to fix my car. Peter was adamant that I shouldn't give up and I should fight the warranty company's rejection. This took all of three months, peter kept in contact with me throughout all this and if it wasn't for him I would of probably given up. Eventually with persistence the warranty company agreed to honour my claim. If it wasn't for peter's help and his calming attitude every step of the way I would definitely of thrown in the towel. If you find yourself in need of service 4 service then ask for Peter Rozario.

We were kept updated regarding progress with the vehicle. Work was first rate.

Just a year ago my automatic Nissan Juke suffered a catastrophic gear box failure when I was 200 miles from home. It was a frightening thing to happen and I didn't know who to contact or what to do. Eventaully I contacted this company, Service4service. They collected my car and the gearbox was replaced and the car was delivered back to my home address. Fast foward a year and there was another issue - not sure if it was gearbox related (still under warranty )so back to Service4Service. Problem with oilpump and pipes, quickly fixed and cost less than the initial quote. I have to say that the service from this company was outstanding and in particular the two young men I dealt with, Ollie and Peter. Unfailingly pleasant, took the time to really explain to me what the issues were, didn't talk to me as if I was an idiotic old lady! The delivery driver as well who collected and delivered my vehicle - very good-humoured and pleasant. Excellent service all round and exceptional communication skills, much appreciated!

This was the first time I used Service4Service and from the beginning the process was made easy. I was in contact with Ollie Stevenson throughout. He explained everything in detail and kept me informed. Very experienced staff I was so happy with the outcome of my Nissan Juke.

After looking for someone to assist with fixing my automatic gear box for Nissan Quashqui and not having any luck to find anyone close to home (Cardiff and surrounding areas) I gave these guys a message and they called me back. I was speaking with Peter Rozario since the end of February and beginning of March! He gave me a genuine estimate as the gear box needed to be totally rebuilt. He kept in touch over the months and when I was in a position to get the work done he booked me in for my car to be collected from Cardiff and to the garage in London. Once they received the car they gave me a full breakdown of what was needed to repair and rebuild my gearbox with no hidden extra costs. I gave the go ahead and they unfortunately had to wait for parts but I was kept in the loop by Pete every step of the way. Once they had all the parts and rebuilt and put back into the car, it was test driven and arranged for it to be brought back to me in Cardiff. Yes it took longer than estimated but if the parts was delivered sooner I would have received it back sooner but they don’t have any control over how long a part takes to be delivered (and I needed quite a few!)
I cannot be happier with how much better the car runs and drives like a dream. Due to my condition automatic cars is the best for myself to drive and not using it for around 5 months it was a blessing to have it back and gave me my independence again.
I cannot thank Pete enough to hear him say we can help you when I had been phoning around for weeks with no hope in and around Cardiff with garages saying they couldn’t help with an automatic gearbox was a relief in itself.
So a massive thank you to Pete and the team I now have my independence back.

If I could, I’d give more than 5 stars - first and foremost I want to give special thanks to Peter as he was great at giving support, advice & updates on my car in a very friendly and professional manner & when Peter was away, Finn kept that same attitude throughout. Unfortunately in my case through no fault of service4service, the job took longer than expected, it got very close in the end & the car was delivered Friday the 28th of June which was the only stressful part of this procedure, as I needed the car back to be able to go on holiday in Scotland which is about a 350 mile drive from where I live. I can gratefully say, the car is working perfectly as it should, it got us here with not a single issue & is like brand new again.

For reference to other customers my car was taken in for a full DSG gearbox rebuild on a 2018 VW Polo GTI & I was quoted a two and a half week turnaround, though due to parts taking their time to arrive & the garage having to take the time to deal with warranty, it took a little bit longer than expected however, this is no fault of Service4Service.

I would always recommend using Service4Service, they are truly a good company who seem to genuinely care about their customers & making their experience with their vehicles repairs as stress free as they can.
