I live in the heart of Yorkshire and they said to me that their available garages is in Liverpool, so why in their website they advertise for Yorkshire Fords, i don't get it maybe they need to renew their website cause they are confusing potential costumers, 2 stars instead of 1 is cause their website looks nice even if its misleading.

Thank you Service4Service for the excellent service you provided in getting my car back on the road. James was my ‘go to’ person when my VW Golf’s gearbox and flywheel decided to call it a day after 97,000 miles. James kept me updated throughout the process via phone/email, and was always understanding and supportive when I had any concerns. My car was picked up and dropped off without any issues. It now drives better than ever, and the invoice of £5,661 was totally worth it. Thanks again S4S and again James.

Contacted Service4Service as my Outlander developed a serious transmission issue and couldn’t be driven. Spoke to Pete (Rozario) who handled everything with a high degree of professionalism and arranged for my car to be collected within a couple of days.
Throughout the repair Pete kept me in the loop via tele/email - sometimes on a daily basis so I knew exactly what was happening and when. Pete was the conduit throughout for everything which gave me complete reassurance. The repair was completed and even when the car transporter broke down!!! Pete arranged for a private company to return my car.
I am delighted with the service I received throughout and great credit goes to Pete and his team - thank you.

Great service from start to finish. My Tiguan gearbox decided to develop a fault that meant it would not select reverse or anything above 3rd gear. After speaking to James collection was agreed and a price of between £3500 and £5500 + VAT was the expected range to be confirmed once the vehicle had been inspected, they collected the same day and was told after inspection it could take 2 weeks depending on parts availability. I went on holiday and once I returned the car was delivered back that day and the price was £5230 including vat. Great service fully explained throughout.

I Spoke to lots of people who gave me horror stories about what it might cost to fix my car. Service 4 service said they felt that it was unlikely to need that much work and they were right! Not only did I save a load of money but it was in and out in quick time as well. I would say listen to them before you make any decisions. Thanks again all.

What a refreshing company to deal with. My advisor James was so helpful, thoughtful and professional throughout the whole process. He helped me manage a very stressful situation by taking control of what needed to be done, arranging collection and delivery of the vehicle, which is an amazing service. In relation to my advisor James, I am very impressed and grateful for all his support during this stressful repair. From the first phone call and throughout the process he has been professional and genuinely caring and understanding of my situation and helped to resolve some of the difficulties I was faced with. I don't normally do reviews from the moment I rung for help Service4Service have been nothing short of amazing. They were transparent, helpful and got my vehicle back on the road and performing better than it ever has. The whole thing was made very simple, James was brilliant in talking me through the whole process. Keeping me updated at each stage and went out of his way to help me. Thank you James! I had several so called gearbox specialists claim they could fix the car, all of which couldn't. Promising cheap prices when all they wanted to do is fit secondhand parts. Service4Service took the repair on and resolved it with ease, taking the time to assess and diagnose the issues properly and carry out the repairs using new genuine parts meaning my car is back better than ever. DO NOT USE - Quoting me for £1573+ vat for a part that costs £366 INCLUDING VAT and £413+VAT for selectors which cost £76.80 INCLUDING VAT, was quoted £7k for work needed it be done - ended up getting it for 2.4k at another garage with the SAME warantee, same parts, etc.

Great experience - they were able to replace my Nissan Qashqai Automatic CVT gearbox, and fix the electrical and engine issues. Ollie was the advisor I spoke to initially and all updates came through him till the very end. Very expensive but considering the amount of damage, it was expected (I bought the car off a dodgy dealer). They were upfront from the start about the estimated costs, so I had enough time to prepare myself. Would definitely recommend, especially if most mechanics can't resolve the problem. I went to 5 mechanics over the course of a year, none could repair the issues. Service4Service refused to give up on my car and eventually fixed all the issues.

They’ve been so supportive throughout my repairs, very friendly and polite and great customer service. They never failed to call and update me on the works of my car, delivered in a timely manner and called a week after the car was delivered to ensure everything was working okay and even have a finance plan as an option; including warranty etc.

Contacted Peter about a ford powershift gearbox problem .... he could not be more helpful.... car was picked up .... repaired and dropped back off in a professional manner and kept intouch with me every step of the way .... amazing customer service and highly recommended...thanks

I had a gearbox issue on my Renault Clio
James was my first point of contact he explained the whole process to me. once the car was picked up I was kept updated .
There was some delay with some of the parts but again James kept me informed . Since getting the car back it has been running perfectly . once again thank you James I would highly recommend service4service.

Pete Rozario at Service 4 Service is the most amazing guy to deal with that I have ever dealt with in my life. Nothing was too much trouble he was so lovely every time I rang. He would go the extra 100 miles to sort anything out I can’t thank him enough for his sevice and professionalism.
I had an automatic gearbox repaired on a Ford BMax and it now runs like a dream.
