Helpful as ever, service first class

I have been a Shh shopper since the early 90’s they have always offered a good range of quality products that have never disappointed.

Everything arrived on time, the process of buying was super easy and the toys are great quality.

They are very quick to respond to queries for additional info about products. If I’ve had a question about an item, it has been answered respectfully and fully.
Very satisfied with all products I have purchased.
The packaging is discreet and robust enough to withstand the rough handly by parcelforce machines.

Convenient and discreet. Totally non judgemental, and it seems they have your best interests at heart.

Sh! Women's Store is also My Store, although I'm not a woman, my one and only choice for sex toys, lube and the like.
Let apart that they're much more than just a shop, you can trust the quality and safety of their products, shipments are always prompt, the team is available and very very kind.
I've never been disappointed.
Even their chatbot is much smarter than average!

love Sh! such a wonderful store, products are very good quality and come carefully packaged with lovely tissue paper. Over the last couple years I’ve bought a couple of dildos from here and a strap on harness, all of which are great! much prefer to order from here instead of bigger competitors whenever I can - feels important to me to support a women-led, queer, independent store!! 💖

Bought a thong strap-on and I love it. Super comfortable and practical

I bought a wand from Sh! a few years ago now so decided I needed an upgrade!
I couldn’t make up my mind so ended up buying 2 (a mini wand and a mini vibe).
I was very happily surprised when they arrived, not only was the outer packaging discreet but the items themselves were individually wrapped in purple tissue paper. The items themselves are great & have their own little bags so no hunting for the usb leads!
The website is great too and has some really good advice and is very easy to navigate.

Just impressed at the quality of items - I adore the hand made in the Uk items and I feel this is the way forward for us - yes you can buy cheaper but you will not find the quality

I would like however a wider choice of hand made items and more colours

The dilators are much easier to use than ones I tried 15 years ago, which is very encouraging. My only criticism would be that the biggest one probably needs to be slightly bigger - or include another one in the set?

The order was easy and arrived quickly and discreetly. I really loved opening the beautifully wrapped parcels with my partner. We were also really happy with the products.
Other feedback (not complaints, just in case it’s useful): Initially i couldn’t find the website by googling “sh!” (I couldn’t quite remember the full name) and almost gave up - I thought you’d closed down! I also found it a bit hard to search the website for what I wanted at first, but got there in the end. Obviously I miss there being a real shop but I still don’t know what I’d do without you!
