Great customer service, helpful and prompt response to emails. I have had two issues with my sofa and each time they have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Thank you Linzi for your help/support.

Had an issue with our garden table and Linzi sorted it out with a replacement which came within a week!
Couldn’t fault the wonderful prompt service-shame other companies don’t take a leaf out of their book!
Will certainly use the company again and recommend to others!

Our order was delivered and was faulty when unpacked. We contacted Shackletons and they responded immediately to say they would get in touch with the supplier. They arranged for a replacement which was delivered the next day. The customer care team kept us appraised of progress and were extremely helpful. Great service !

Like few others had problem with garden table, was handled swiftly, courteously, nothing but praise and i also dealt with Linzi and would like to say thank you to her too.

I ordered some garden furniture through Shackletons website, was contacted within a couple of days to say the set they had in stock was damaged and would be ordering in a new one meaning my delivery would be slightly delayed. I was updated when my order came in and when it was being sent to the courier. Upon receiving my order I noticed there was an issue with a slat on the table from the manufacturing process. I emailed Shackletons customer service, Linzi contacted me very quickly and arranged for a new slat to be sent out to me from the manufacture and followed up to make sure I had received it and was happy with my purchases. Really happy with the service I have received and my garden furniture. Will definitely order from here again.

We purchased garden table & chairs from Shackletons, arrived with no issues. We did notice a slight imperfection with one of the chairs. Shackletons were excellent, spoke to the manufacturers & negotiated a credit on our behalf. Cannot fault the service. Top marks to Linzi

Nearly 3 years later encountering a malfunction and getting back in contact, they went above and beyond to rectify it for me. Just received a set of 4Seasons Garden funiture from Shackleton's. Came on time after the quoted leadtime. The furniture quality is very high and very comfortable. Dealt with John on the ordering and was kept up to date on ETA. Also dealt with Tom who was VERY helpful in resolving an issue (my issue!) with credit cards. Will buy more from Shackletons.

Having seen the green bistro set on Shackleton's website I phoned + spoke to Ben who was extremely helpful + polite. I discussed my delivery requirement which he confirmed was possible . I subsequently placed the order on line at 11 am on 29/5 and it was delivered to Dorset by early afternoon on 30/5! What a service! The bistro set is wonderful and looks perfect in my garden and I am so pleased with both the product + the customer service. It's easy to put together and within 30 minutes of delivery we were sitting in the sunshine with a cup of tea on the table! Thank you Shackleton's and I would recommend your company.

Read the small print! There are several exclusions to their price matching policy, none of which are made clear on the product pages which carry the statement "BEST PRICE GUARANTEE we will price match any identical products"
Shackletons have been very quick to respond to this review and have promised to make the conditions clearer on the website. They have also matched the price as promised and included a small amount for the inconvenience. That's what I call good customer service!

From the store to delivery I was delighted with the service offered. Polite, knowledgeable and kept informed, what more can be expected! I'm delighted with the chair in every way. Will certainly buy from Shackletons again in the future.

Very good experience from start to finish. The bench arrived just over a week from purchase. There was a minor issue that got sorted out by Linzi extremely quickly and efficiently to both our satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company. Great service.
