Fantastic customer service 10/10
Absolutely fantastic product and even better customer service! I used my Shakti mat once and it was amazing, I then read the leaflet after use, and found that I shouldn't use it due to being on anticoagulant medication, I emailed and explained and asked for a return address and they refunded me straight away and told me not to worry about returning the mat and to pass it on to someone who would get some benefit from it!
What a wonderful company!!
