Upon registration at the Dental Clinic I informed the secretary that I was in receipt of benefits at this time and she turned and asked how I would be paying for my first consultation!!!

Appointments are really easy to set up, even for short notice. All the staff are lovely and helpful and put me at ease, despite the fact that I hate the dentist

I was very nervous about visiting the dentist, and had to make an emergency appointment to have an abscess treated. I was seen the next day and met the indescribable Dr Haroon Ismail, he gave me a thorough examination and we set up a treatment plan.This altered slightly after taking x-rays but he explained the treatment and various cost options. He is an artist with a drill.
Stephanie was a constant source of information, as I was very apprehensive regarding having two roots and a tooth extracted, she answered all my questions and really put my mind at ease.
I haven't experienced any pain, despite having oral surgery which was carried out with great care. My fillings look incredible - just like real teeth and I am much happier with how everything looks.
The staff are all wonderful, so kind, considerate and very customer focused. I have even had a few laughs whilst attending the dentist - a new experience for me!
I highly recommend Shawlands Dental Care, honestly the best dental care I have ever received.

Got frustrated on my first visit filling in my details on the iPad however I am glad I persevered. Anna was a joy to meet, we got along so well. So far I’ve only had some gentle work on my face, fillers,Botox. This was carried out by Dr Campbell. He is a great guy and put me at ease, procedure was not at all painful. Next visit is for teeth whitening. I enjoy visiting the practice and would highly recommend it.

I attended Shawlands Dental Care in February 2019 in acute pain. Despite not being registered with the practice I was seen the same day as an emergency appointment. I was in and out within 45 minutes with the problem taken care of by the friendly and helpful staff. Since then, I have had several treatments carried out by Lauren over the past few months. Lauren is a brilliant dentist and made me feel totally at ease. Each procedure is explained fully beforehand so you know what to expect. So if you're looking to register with a dentist in the South Side of Glasgow in my opinion there is only one place to go, Shawlands Dental Care!

I’ve been going to Shawlands Dental Care for a while now. I had a bad experience at a previous dentist and I was afraid to go back to any dentist. But thanks to Dr Ahmed and his team. They made me feel so at ease and comfortable during my visit. They helped me a lot and I can’t thank them enough. Also I wana shout out to Ashley and the girls at the reception. Amazing when I visit and make me feel so welcomed

Recently attended to see the hygienist for the first time- was very impressed as she made me feel at ease and not embarrassed that I had never been before- I’m back again in 6 months time. Would recommend this practice and all that it offers. It’s centrally located in shawlands and they managed to give me my next appointment in the evening which means I don’t need to take any more time off work.

I’ve been at Shawlands dental care for 5 years now and the level of service is truly outstanding. The girls at the front desk are lovely and helpful. One of the managers Ashley is always friendly and always asks how Iam. I’ve had a wisdom tooth extraction and I honestly didn’t feel anything, thanks to my dentist Dr Ahmed. Truly amazing dentist.

I have been going here for about three years and have always been impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. I have Parkinson’s Disease and it is not easy to sit or lie in a chair for a long time. Dr Ahmed has always been incredibly patient and understanding. The hygienist deserves a mention too. I couldn’t praise this dentist enough.

I’ve been going to Shawlands Dental for a while now, to see Dr Ahmed. Great dentist, great practice, and I’m glad I’ve finally found a dentist I trust!

Since moving from London I have been to Shawlands Dental Care a few times. The care is excellent and much better than I ever received in 30 years living in London. Everyone from the receptionists to the dentists to the hygienist have been excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. I have always managed to get an appointment at a time that suited me. Even took a friend from London there in an emergency and she said she wished they were like that in London.

Visited recently and was seen by Rory. Great service and very reasonable price, certainly made ME smile.

Was apprehensive to visit another dentist after a bad experience elsewhere but was totally put at ease throughout.
Also got boutique whitening done which is fab.
