Chris was able to come and service our boiler at short notice. This was done for a good price. Would use again in the future.

This was my first experience of asking a plumber to fix a problem in my house. I have to say I was impressed by the service we received from Chris. I had a prompt response to my initial enquiry and an early booking in to view my broken TRV valve. He ordered a new valve and fixed it 2 days later. He waited till all the radiators were heating up nicely. He only charged me for 1 hour even though he stayed 45 minutes more.

Chris Shaw always delivers a prompt professional service. Quotes and receipts are all sent via email helping me keep a record of all services and work done. He responds quickly to queries, sends reminders for annual services and arrives on time. He responded to a previous suggestion about advice for less-than-expert homeowners by giving me some helpful tips on how to monitor the performance of my central heating system. Again, I can thoroughly recommend him.

This is the second year I've used Shaw's for a boiler servicing and landlord certificate. Despite an emergency job resulting in my original appointment being canceled (which I suppose couldn't be helped) the subsequent booking, servicing, invoicing and communication was great. Chris was available on the phone well into the evening, which really helped when trying to arrange another appointment.
I will certainly continue to use Shaw's every year.

I needed to find a plumber to replace a faulty cistern at short notice. I contacted Shaws by email and over a couple of emails received a quote and had the work booked in for when it suited me. Confirmed booking by email. Called ahead on the day and arrived punctually. Carried out work, less than quoted price and did an excellent job

I called out for an emergency heating engineer on a Saturday evening - Shaws Plumbing and Heating responded super quickly. They came in under an hour, diagnosed the problem and offered lots of helpful advice. Very professional service while being really friendly and genuine :)

Left message Saturday got a call back on Sunday and as it was not an emergency it was fixed on Monday. Polite, courteous and diligent
