My experience with SHEilds
I signed up for the NEBOSH certificate and diploma course in November 2025 after looking at many different Health and Safety course content providers. I am glad I chose SHEilds because the study materials and other help, like being able to ask tutors and customer service for clarification, have been very helpful so far.

I am very impressed with the timeliness of the response, ie, same day or following morning. The tone of the reply is business-like, with no personal or comments or negativity. The answers given are in-depth and not just 'Yes and No'. To date, I am very satisfied with all aspects of the course .

In a period where fraud and scam has been the headlines, I was very scared to make this bold move. I was very convinced and satisfied with the calmness, patience and tolerance I received from Mr. Ashu.

Accounts Update and Payments
When I visited the SHEilds Office at Cearwater Offices, I was served by Ms Jesicca Fourie who provided me with all the information I needed for myself and my niece Georgina Patsanza's accounts. She professionally explained all that I needed to understand including information on examination fees and how I shall need to make payments and when I left SHEilds Offices I was honestly and truly satisfied by her level of patience and explanations.
