This company sent out defective goods, then spent the next 5 months avoiding refund and they have literally just outright refused any responsibility. They said it was outside of the return period, but it wasnât and proof was sent. Iâve waited to leave this feedback as I wanted to give them the chance to resolve. Their final answer, try sell it on eBay ð what a joke and insult!. Ultimately they have left my 19 year old daughter £450 out of pocket. Fobbed off at every opportunity, donât care about their customers and just an overall terrible experience.

Second order in a row I've placed with express delivery which hasn't been shipped on the day of ordering. Both orders were placed well before the time cut off for same day shipping.
It's especially annoying as for the second one, having had the problem with the previous order, I spoke to a member of staff who explicitly assured me it would go that day. In fact they said they were going to the warehouse personally to get it to the packing desk.
I've used Tegiwa as they have decent stock and are cheaper than my local Honda dealer, but they are too unreliable and I'll just pay extra for the local dealer in future

Disappointingly still waiting for parts of my order that was placed back in December 2025. With the blame being placed on the manufacturer/supplier. The parts from this manufacturer have been in stock on their own website multiple times while I've been waiting since December 2nd. With the manufacturer claiming it was sent to Tegiwa but Tegiwa saying it wasn't received. Who suffers while this tit for tat is going on the customer that is left waiting even longer. You'd think Tegiwa would just request another of the same part and get it out to the customer then deal with who's fault it is.
Tegiwa didn't once provide me an update of there own accord I've had to chase this at every step. With most of my emails having to wait at least 2 days for a reply. Tho friendly when you finally get through to someone, there is a signature on every email you received that states -
Please note we are experience a high amount of enquiries presently, we will get back to you as soon as we can!
Now I got this signature when it was black Friday with high order numbers , but it's now February maybe it's time to think about hiring extra customer service staff to deal with customer enquiries in a timely manner.
One item on the order was just cancelled due to the manufacturer discontinued the part. Why was it still for sale on Tegiwas website if I had been discontinued clearly I was guinea pig for this items listing.

I have been dealing with Tegiwa for must be 10 years or more, both management and all staff are very knowledgeable and have a passion for any thing car related, on my visits to Tegiwa everyone there seem happy to go out of there way to help, Iâve also had the pleasure of walking around there huge warehouse that holds a unbelievable amount of parts.
I have also seen there dedication and attention to detail within motorsport.
I would highly recommend Tegiwa to anyone.

Iâve been buying from and working with Tegiwa Imports for around 10 years now, and itâs been a great journey throughout. I honestly couldnât recommend them enough. Their products are well priced, the support is excellent, and the whole team has fantastic communication. If you want to be well looked after, Tegiwa is definitely the place to buy parts for your car.
