There was a simple booking process. Robert serviced the boiler and was efficient and thorough. He is always very professional, polite and respectful. I have no hesitation recommending Shepley Ltd.

Once again, the annual service of my heating system was carried out with care and efficiency - all in good hands!

The work which included a leak, pressure and an issue with the motorised valve was sorted out quickly and tidied up before leaving.
Highly recommended.

We had the overflow letting out water. They came out within 48 hours to check diagnosed it was the expansion bottle, ordered a replacement and fitted it with 48 hours of diagnosing the problem.

After having Shepley Heating & Plumping to fit a new boiler for us 12months ago, we did not hesitate to have them do our annual service. We would highly recommend them.

This is my go to heating company. Professional, prompt, polite and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to help. Within half an hour of reporting that my boiler had broken down, Derek was on site. This time the problem could not be fixed instantly as it was a broken oil pump but he arranged for it to be sorted with Worcester Bosch under guarantee. Lovely family company which I recommend without hesitation.

Rob turned up in the allotted time for our annual boiler service. He walked me a couple of issues that I will now monitor.

These days I'm afraid I seem to take indifferent service for granted, cynical I know But...
So it was a real tonic to deal with Shepley Heating who provided a first rate service at a reasonable cost.
Couldn't fault them in any area.

We recently had Shepley Heating & Plumbing supply and fit a new gas boiler, and the whole experience was really impressive.

The engineer arrived on time, was extremely polite and friendly from the moment he walked in, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He worked really hard throughout, keeping us updated on progress without any unnecessary delays.

What stood out was how clean he left everything, you’d hardly know he’d been working in the house. No mess, no fuss, and the boiler area was spotless when he finished.

The new boiler is running perfectly. Great workmanship, great communication, and a genuinely professional approach.

We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

Robert arrived spot on time. Was very pleasant and polite. I had a couple of questions for him about our boiler which he answered knowledgably and clearly. He did a very thorough service on the boiler which wasn't pleasant for him as it was extremely sooty. He left everything clean and tidy. Great job.

I can highly recommend them for boiler repairs and new installations.
They recently went through a diagnostics program to solve issues with our regular boiler that was over 25 years old. After several visits it was proven to be a fault with the PCB for which there where no spares. A new boiler was installed a few weeks later in early February. A time ideally that should be focused on boiler repairs. The installation was more than just a replacement but with good planning and great execution the result is excellent.
