Booked the annual boiler service via the online App/website, which was extremely easy to use, I received an immediate notification plus a reminder 24 hrs prior to the visit.
Turned up as per the allotted time slot, extremely friendly, completed the service and provided some really useful advice. All in all excellent service and 100% recommended.

Prompt response to initial enquiry re a non-urgent but annoying problem. Plumber arrived at stated time and worked efficiently to make necessary repairs. Bill reasonable for the job.

On time, friendly, professional, reliable. Have used them multiple times and wouldn't go anywhere else.

A simple (for the plumber!) issue sorted within a few minutes. Great local service. Good advice too.

Our electric shower stopped working over Christmas. Great to get an appointment without too much delay over the holiday period and even better that it was fixable rather than needing a replacement: always great to find someone competent to facilitate a repair rather than offering an upsell.

These guys are simply brilliant. Always have them do our annual boiler and gas fire checks. Very friendly service and very genuine people who always give a fair price. Can't fault them and they will go out of their way to help when they can, especially with loyal customers, something sadly missing from today's world. Can't praise these guys enough.

Great service and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We had a full 'major' service booked but having checked the boiler and parts Robert recommended a less expensive 'normal' service would be more appropriate and a major one wasn't needed for the time being.
