I had a very positive experience with Shergroup and wanted to share my feedback.

From the very beginning, the communication was clear, responsive, and professional. Prashant and Ajeet explained every step of the process in a straightforward way, which made what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I always felt informed and supported, and any questions I had were answered promptly.

What really stood out was the effectiveness of the enforcement team. The enforcement agent Jordan handled the situation with confidence and professionalism, and the process moved forward quickly. Remarkably, full payment was secured on the same day of enforcement, which exceeded my expectations.

Overall, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-managed from start to finish. Shergroup delivered exactly what they promised, and their experience in enforcement clearly shows. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone needing reliable and effective enforcement support.

DO NOT USE. Just look at all the other 1-star reviews. it's been 4 months and they haven't even been to the debtor, that's their only job!

There have been new charges introduced. They also tried double-billing us. ZERO communication and they have done lifted their fingers yet.
AVOID.

If it were possible to give a minus I would.
I concur with the other dire ratings.
Their charges are non transparent & they introduce charges that you have never seen before nor agreed to.
In my case they did not even acknowledge that I repeatedly asked to cease using them - kept insisting on me paying them more for their services.
My recommendation - DO NOT USE.
I am reporting them to the SRA (their stated regulatory body) and already reported them to the High Court Enforcement Officers’ Association.
All those w 1 star, if you can be bothered, I would ask that you do likewise so that they can get investigated & their practice reviewed by some authority.

Worst company and experience/DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had a very disappointing experience with Shergroup following the instruction of a writ.

From the outset, communication was poor. I received no meaningful updates unless I chased repeatedly, and even then responses were limited and unhelpful. I was not provided with a copy of the writ until I specifically requested it, which should have been standard.

When enforcement was unsuccessful, there was no clear explanation of next steps, no realistic discussion of alternative options, and no guidance on possible solutions. I was essentially left to work everything out myself, despite paying for professional enforcement services.

I also raised a complaint, but there was no real attempt to resolve my concerns or acknowledge the shortcomings in communication and service. Overall, the process caused unnecessary stress with very little value or support in return.

Based on my experience, I found Shergroup inefficient and lacking in transparency. I would not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone seeking effective or supportive enforcement.

They do not follow up. Ignore information given, do not actually try and attempt to recover.
This company is a SCAM!
They do nothing.

This company first said it could retrieve money, then it said it couldn't now they say it can't again. They have wasted so much of my time, I am no longer interested. If that is how the justice system works, that's fine. We will be in the UN Commission on Human Rights next month.

Owed a £3k debt by a rogue builder. Absolute waste of time. Unless your enforcing a parking ticket for the council dont bother with this lot. If your a private individual owed money forget it. Communication is dire. Lots of different people get involved to the point where you don't know what's going on. Don't be duped by the flashy TV shows, imo they're fake and set up.

Sharks - Greedy. Hope someone puts a stop to this scam

Like some of the others say spam emails after spam emails, obviously no GDPR so you would question how they work as a company if the can't even work an email system.

The fast action and exceptional service provided by Jackie regarding the high court writ was so impressive and professional, and she is one of the best to provide such services to the clients.
Since she took over my case, she has always updated and communicated frequently via email and telephone to ensuring the smooth progress.
I would like to take the opportunity say thank you again to Jackie and her team for the service and support with their expertise experience.

Started off very well and was informed of what was happening. After that I had to chase for information and what was actually going on. Applied for an extension of the writ and heard absolutely nothing. Stay clear of these for high court enforcement.

They're happy to take your money but then nothing happens. After 10-months of terrible service from Jackie Morgan i made a complaint and was promised weekly updates - i've had one in 2-months!!!!
I call and leave messages and NEVER get a call back from either Jackie Morgan (case handler) or Sue Loustalan (Complaints Mgr).
I have phoned and asked for Claire Sandbrook CEO and she never returns calls - clearly doesn't care as i'm probably small-fry and unless you're chasing £100's of k with a big fee for them they can't be bothered.

I had a fantastic service from Jackie, Antony, Donna and the Shergroup team (I think I spoke to everyone) from an employment tribunal award of over £8k that was just being consistently ignored to actually instructing this team to collect and they did just that - whole process (once judgement was awarded) took about 3 months from start till money received, I thank you all so much, I was racking up debt left right and centre because of this and now am debt free - I’m sleeping well at night now, thanks to you all :)

Shergroup is helping me to enforce a foreign court judgment within the UK. Their service has been extremely professional.

We have worked with Shergroup for over 5 years now and they have successfully recovered debt from many of our customers. Some recoveries take longer than others due to the individual complexity of each case, however thorough explanations and realistic deadlines are given. Different recovery options are given and advice on what is most likely to be successful in order to make an informed decision, before committing to any outlay. My main point of contact is Donna, who has always been really friendly and informative. Would recommend Shergroup to any businesses struggling to recover debt internally.

Failed to collect any of the large debt even although their bailiffs entered the debtors premises and identified assets belonging to him. Their CEO doesn’t care and doesn’t respond to email. Don’t believe what you see in their TV show. If you want your debt collected use someone else.
