I often worry about ordering online…

I often worry about ordering online from a new resource. In this case, I had ordered a gift for a friend who ultimately had no use for the gift and suggested I return it. Though it was out of the date within which I could have received a refund, Shopenzer honored my request with a store credit, which worked out perfectly since they have so many cool products. Thank you Shopenzer!

The product is Ok, but it took much, much longer to arrive than what I expected and from what other merchants offer.

As mentioned in our shipping policy, the estimated shipping time to United States is 8 to 15 business days excluding 2 to 3 business days for processing your shipment from the date you ordered. You have placed your order on February 20, 2021 and we were able to deliver the package by March 6, 2021. In this case, your order was delivered on-time. The shipping time is mentioned in every product page to avoid any misconsumptions.

Another internet scam

I purchased an item on January 15th with an expected delivery time of 5 days. As of Today (Feb 26th) I have not yet received my item and they do not want to give me a refund.

Stay away from this shop.

Our delivery timelines have been mentioned in every product page to avoid misconceptions.
Upon checking your order status, we see you delivery has failed on 10th Feb and the product has been redirected to the reshipment warehouse. We have also refunded your entire amount.

There have been slight delays due to Spring Festival and the same has been notified in our website and during checkout in order to maintain transparency.
