Great communication, a highly helpful team, and a knowledgeable staff dedicated to supporting your needs.

We've been with Shopper Approved for several years and have had great experiences with them. What has prompted my to write this review is recently we rebuilt our data feed and this required remapping of all of our products on Shopper Approved. I'm not a developer, but with the published articles in their knowledge base and great service from Khéri, we were able to re-align everything and not lose years of product reviews.

The setup is on key . And this company already has its foundation set up and on to bigger and better deals . Making money is the ultimate experience. Getting the right hookup makes the world a better place to experience .

I recently reached out to Shopper Approved’s support team while troubleshooting something on our end. Their team was responsive and took the time to test things from their side to help rule out potential causes.

It turned out the issue was related to our own email provider, not their platform. Once we confirmed that, everything made sense and we were able to move forward quickly.

I appreciate their willingness to jump in, run tests, and help validate that their system was functioning correctly. Solid support experience overall.

For “boxofficeticketsales”. Charged me an outrageous fee for local symphony tickets. More than double what the price was. Service fees of 24%+. They were top on googles list for my local symphony tickets which was an advertisement. I fell for it. I got ripped off. Do not use. Shopperapproved site is a scam with no visible chance for me to leave a review of outrageous ticket company. Buyer beware. When I tried to call back they put me on hold for 20 mins and never picked up. I disputed on my credit card.

Shopper Approved support was great in helping us connect our various review platforms to better track and manage our reputation online. Helpful and patient agents walked us through some difficulties getting set up at first. Thanks again!

It appears Shopper Approved is a company-centric service, not public-centric. They ONLY allow reviews from people who get invitations from participating companies. If an order is fulfilled well (by the company's judgment), then and ONLY then will a customer get the invite. But if a company fumbles or outright fails...no invite. So of course, the ratings are gamed from the get-go. I'll never trust anything Shopper Approved says. Never.

Support across all of their departments is phenomenal. They are constantly adding new and improved ways to help their customers get the most out of the review service products they offer. Most recently they were able to assist us in a large update/overhaul of our product catalog and were so great the entire time.

Kheri did an excellent job communicating and following through to ensure all of my questions were answered.
