Been renovating my whole house with Siena and they were perfect from start to finish, their in house interior designer made a whole sketch for me that worked and then they fully installed the pieces for me. Any times I had an issue I just hopped on the phone to Luca and he resolved it all for me.

I bought the winter bed and it arrived after 10 weeks, I accidentally bought the wrong size and the team was really helpful in exchanging it for a new size even though it was bespoke. Now that’s a great customer service team.

Purchased a bed from them 6 months ago and the gave me free white glove installation, the service has been great and I’ll be coming back

Purchase with serious caution. This is a scam and I seriously doubt the company is legitimate. I purchased a pendant light online based on the images shown on their website. The product arrived 6 weeks later from China, after full payment was taken. The pendant light was such a embarrassing quality, I wrote to Siena
Home and asked to return it for a refund. They told me the product was in perfect condition and with no fault, therefore, I had to return at my own cost and there will be a restocking charge. I shipped the pendant back to an address in U.K. at £65 incl full insurance as the light was £900. Siena Home received the returned pendant and then told me the restocking fee would be 30% of the full product price as the pendant was in perfect condition. They advised me 5 weeks ago they would refund the 70% product price to me but till this date, I’m still waiting for that refund. I emailed them back again and asked for a refund to my visa. They emailed back and asked for my bank details so they can refund me. For some bizarre reasons, they can’t refund via the credit card I used for the purchase. The entire experience has been a shamble. Do not purchase from this online store. They are a scam!

Besides selling overpriced stuff they lack customer support.
We bought a over 3.5 bed frame (which should be worth 1-1.5k max ) and it came and-delivery people also started to install it.
At a point they realised the bed rest inner side was missing the slot where the big screws go in.
The delivery people saw that there was a gap and the area was covered with the fabric and under it those metal slots that the screws go in were missing.
Imagine selling such an expensive bed frame and have such errors with the china suppliers. Also the instruction manual was missing and the fitters were clueless how to install it.
Pretty pathetic company and very unclear communication with the delivery company too
Which clearly shows that they re only after your money nothing else.
We are requesting a full refund and we have wasted 1 months and 3.5k £ stuck with them and will proceed with legal action if we don’t solve this with them.

I received today the Royalty Bed , luckily I paid for instalment, as it was parts missing, the company that assembled it confirmed that it cannot be assembled today!!! This company is a scam as I paid 3.6k and waiting for 12 weeks a broken bed. I’ll sue them as this company does not adapt to consumer protection in the UK. Hopefully trustpilot is allowing me to upload pictures and videos

They do not have corporate offices, showrooms, or warehouses. They buy items from ALIBABA and sell them to you at five times the original price. Beware of these scammers.

I dealt with Luca when I had an issue with delivery. He resolved the issue quickly with no stress or complications. I love the lights. He got back to me efficiently too. Thank you so much
