Na pewno najlepsza wypożyczalnia samochodów z jakiej korzystałem. Wszystko przebiegało gładko, szybko i przede wszystkim bezproblemowo i bezstresowo. Nikt o nic się nie czepiał jak to bywa w innych wypożyczalniach. Nie trzeba mieć karty kredytowej. Nikt nie wymaga żadnej kaucji. Bardzo dobry kontakt przez Whatsapp z pracownikami. Tak powinny działać wszystkie wypożyczalnie.

I would highly recommend Simila Cyprus car hire for anyone visiting Paphos area.
From the very beginning, Julie and Simon were brilliant. Everything was organised through WhatsApp, all documents exchanged, contract, payment, pick up/drop off times, etc… which made the whole process so simple.
They sent all the necessary information well in advance and kept in touch constantly, which was very reassuring.
I requested a pickup from Paphos airport, and Simon was there to collect us. We went to the depot just five minutes away to get the car. The vehicle was spotless and in excellent condition. It was a kinda of Japanese import, very similar to a Toyota Yaris, and being an automatic, it was a dream to drive. It was incredibly fuel efficient too. The car came with a full tank of petrol, and I returned it the same way. I opted for the full insurance coverage as well, which gave me peace of mind while driving around Paphos without any worries.
Simon was a wealth of knowledge. He gave us maps and plenty of tips on where to go, things to see, great restaurants, best road to get your hotel, shops around the hotel that were open and which were the best ones, and places to go. He warned us about the traffic light cameras, which are at some of the traffic light junctions and speed vans on certain roads. The car itself was well equipped with Apple CarPlay and a reversing camera.
Simon also helped us with parking advice; we downloaded the Cyprus parking app as he suggested, which made paying for spaces very easy. Another great tip was an app that shows current fuel prices at different petrol stations, so we always got the best deal.
Paphos is very easy to navigate in February. The roads were stress free and we found parking wherever we went.
Simila has a good variety of car models and the prices are very fair compared to the bigger brands. Most importantly for me, no credit card was needed. I have had bad experiences with global rental companies in Spain and Portugal before, so I will never leave my credit card details with a rental firm again.
I actually found Simila on Facebook while browsing a Paphos group. I am so glad I did and I will definitely use them again when we book our next trip. Thanks to everyone there.

Read previous reviews so decided to call in office to enquire. Julie was very helpful, we left a deposit and the car was delivered to our hotel next morning when the remainder of the hire cost was paid without having to leave a deposit which is seemingly a condition of most of the car hire companies. The car, a small Kia, was clean and fairly new. I would highly recommend Simila Car Hire Co.

Booked online at home in the UK weeks before, communication was excellent from start to finish, we got a free upgrade on the day and the car was clean. 100% great service and trustworthy. If I was to return would use again.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Easy to book online and arrange what car you’d like and where you’d like to pick up/drop off. You pay a small deposit and provide all your details to save time ant pick up and a WhatsApp group is created for your booking. There’s no extra fees, and no upsell, the price quoted is the price you pay

Julie was great at communicating and gave us lots of information about the car and places to visit. We didn’t have any problems but if we had, she would’ve been easy to contact

This is our third positive experience of hiring with Simila. Vehicle arrived at our Hotel as arranged. We had an issue which was swiftly dealt with and although the car should have been returned on the Tuesday we were told to keep it until lunch time the following day, to compensate us.

We attended without an appointment as a walk in looking for a hire car and were told two were available. We chose a Kia Stonic and were given instructions to return it full of fuel. No credit card blocking large deposit was great. We got to the car which actually was very dirty and had about 1/4 tank of fuel. This was sorted with a trip to the local garage for a full clean and refuel on Simila’s account, problem solved. The car was great and got us around Cyprus with ease and very economical on fuel. Yes, we would use again.

We are so pleased we hired a car from Simila Cyprus car rentals on our recent holiday to Paphos. Everything was so easy to arrange, their prices were really competitive, they provided us with a free upgrade to a 2024 Kia Picanto and arranged delivery to and from our Hotel which was so convenient. Beforehand we set up a group whatsapp with Julie at Simila and forwarded our passports, Dr Lic , payment etc to her so everything was already sorted at pick up. The fact that we had her contact details in case of need was also a plus. We found driving all over Cyprus a breeze in the automatic car.
Would definitely 100% recommend this Company and we will use Simila again on our next visit to Cyprus. Thank you Julie for all your help.
