Heidi was amazing I’d strongly recommend her for sales. So warm and friendly but knowledgeable too

We have recently purchased a property using Simon Blyth at Lindley, Huddersfield. Heidi and her team provided an excellent service throughout the whole process and were a pleasure to deal with. Great communication, very professional and helpful right up to the final completion of the sale. I would highly recommend Heidi and her team. Thanks again for all your help Heidi.

We first met Heidi at Simon Blyth Huddersfield when we viewed what is now our new home, and from that very first viewing right through to getting the keys, she was exceptional.

We certainly put her through her paces with the copious number of viewings we did, but nothing was ever too much trouble. Heidi was incredibly responsive, fair, professional and diligent throughout. Whether it was arranging another viewing, answering questions, keeping on top of the legal process, chasing things through the chain or helping us navigate moving day and the keys, she consistently went above and beyond and genuinely surpassed our expectations.

We didn’t actually sell our own home through Simon Blyth, but that made absolutely no difference whatsoever to the service Heidi gave us. The only reason we didn’t instruct them was because a very local agent already had a ‘black book’ of potential buyers specifically looking for a property like ours.

Having now experienced the service from the other side, I wouldn’t hesitate not only to buy through Simon Blyth again, but to sell with them too and recommend them to others.

And that isn’t something I say lightly. It is incredibly rare that I take the time to leave a review, but the service Heidi provided deserves recognition. She was responsive when we needed her, proactive when things needed moving, fair to everyone involved and completely professional throughout.

Most importantly, she helped us secure our perfect dream home and get the whole thing through, with a chain, within 12 weeks. That takes some doing!

Living in Australia and selling a property in the UK is no easy fete but Heidi from Simon Blyth in Linley Huddersfield went above and beyond in negotiating the sale of our property. She would always get back to us and keep us updated and with the time difference it is not so easy. Nothing was too much trouble for her including dealing with two challenging solicitor firms on our behalf. We can’t recommend Heidi enough and would definitely deal with her and her team again. What a shambles!

Enquired on a property via the Holmfirth branch but didn't receive a call back from Grace at the branch. When i chased the matter up I was offered an appointment at 5pm by Grace on the following Monday only to have it cancelled by her at 4.30pm on the day of the viewing because an offer had already been accepted prior to my second request for a viewing. I had travelled back from Bristol that day to attend the viewing.
I was referred to Emma, the Branch Manager, who seemed completely unaware of what was going on in her branch and when she referred to her notes it was quite clear that the notes didn't paint a true picture of the facts. There are huge holes and present a lack of transparency in my experience with this branch of Simon Blyth Estate Agents.

We had a protracted sale on our property which was none of Simon Blythe's fault.
Heidi has been fantastic during the sale, nothing was too much trouble for her and the communication and liasing with the solicitors was brilliant.
Can't recommend them enough.

I would highly recommend the Simon Blythe team in Lindley, Huddersfield. Peter, Heidi, Summer and Katie provided excellent service from my very first call to sell my property. Friendly, helpful and efficient. All my calls were returned and questions answered. Updates were provided throughout the sale. This is the third time Simon Blythe have sold a property for me and I would definitely use again in the future.

As soon as we met Peter we knew Simon Blyth was the Estate Agent for us to help sell our house. Peter, Heidi, Katie and Summer for the Lindley Branch really made the whole process seamless. They were there every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. I lost count of the many calls I made but I was always dealt with courteously and professionally. I can't thank Steve Coley of SimonBlyth estate agents enough for the service he and his team provided. Right from the get go he was on a mission to get things sorted both buying and selling, with constant updates and keeping us in the loop with the hole move.

We totally recommend Simon Blyth Kirkburton, they were efficient and professional all the way through the process, Grace kept us informed and answered any queries we had immediately.

A first class service was provided by the entire team from start to finish, leading to the completion of a sale at a figure in excess of the asking price. There were three particular elements to the successful outcome.

First, Dustin Smith’s photography for the brochure was exceptional, the best we have encountered in nearly fifty years of buying and selling houses.

Second, Simon Blyth got the proposed asking price spot on in a challenging market - attractively pitched to generate interest.

Third, Fiona Campbell was always available, handling the resulting viewings and offers, and the entire sale process that followed, with dedication and, when needed, robust but supportive advice.

Steve and the team at Fox Valley were excellent. From the first visit to the last phone call, they went out of their way to make my move as smooth as possible. The marketing of my home was excellent and I am very happy with the results. Communication was very good and nothing was too much trouble. I recently completed the sale of my home with SB. The whole experience from valuation, viewings and advertising went smoothly. The team at the Holmfirth office were friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent communication and customer service. I would highly recommend.

I don't recommend!

Let’s be honest, more than a little corrupt but also inept. Organised a viewing of a property and took time of work to travel over an hour to it and the appointment had not been put in. Then had someone come over and was rushed to view because of their poor time management. Also when bidding on a property be aware the process isn’t as fair, open and as transparent as it’s portrayed to be.

How weird you don’t have my contact info when I still have the “signed as received” paper copies from your office when we submitted a bid on a property. Just another admin fail I guess.
