These guys are very professional and knowledgeable. They were the buyers of a property that I wholesaled, and they stuck with me from the very beginning despite the many issues that our buyer had. Simple Quarters, LLC was very helpful in helping me sell my property in the Anderson area. They reached out to me immediately after I had submitted my information and was able to get my property sold within a week. Last year I had put my house on the market without going through Simple Quarters, and my realtor that I had found on my own was not helpful at all. I feel like your staff really takes the time to match people up well. I didn't feel bombarded with multiple people trying to get my property, which was a plus.
