Unprofessional data practices lead to harassment of orphans
This company has no concept of keeping their marketing data clean. They send an offer soliciting for a listing to my DEAD father. He has been DEAD for three years. I no longer have parents and these people don't even have the decency to check their marketing list for people who have been DEAD for THREE Freaking years. I am a Licensed Realtor and these kind of crappy fly by night practices are what cause the first recession and if you do business with them you invite the next one.
When I called the Customer service rep did apologize and agree to remove my address, however she was unable/unwilling to provide the source for my dead father's name being targeted.

All our information is from public records. From time to time the data we get from 3rd parties may be off, but we do our best to verify this information. Sometimes, names slip through the cracks. Our process is simple to be removed from any future mailings, simply call or email us to be taken off our marketing. Our customer service team isn't our marketing team, so they would not no where names come from, as it's not their job.
I don't know what being a Realtor has to do with this situation, as we have been in business for over 12 years (5 years as Simple Quarters once we became more legit) & have been through the "great recession". We improve neighborhoods to the best of our ability by buying properties that are in distress & improving them.
We are here to help people get out of situations for cash. We buy homes as is, in a simple straightforward process. No matter what the situation is, our position has been and will remain to Bring Opportunity to our clients, who choose to use our services.
Business built to satisfy customers
Simple Quarters has built a business with core beliefs in treating their customers fair and with integrity. Through my personal business interaction with them, they have continued to reflect this with their promptness, professionalism, and follow up to make sure the process was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciated their efforts and continue to look forward with future business ventures!
