Overall great experience! Making telephone appointment was easy. Call happened as planned. Not rushed. Rhiannon was knowledgeable and friendly - made the experience as pleasant as writing a will can be! Will received with everything as discussed.

Joel my adviser was incredibly helpful and supportive whilst I was going through my will, he listened to everything I said and was able to advise me accordingly pointing out any issues that I needed to be aware of and what the options were to get the best possible outcome for the requirements I wanted to put in place with regards my will.

Very easy to do as done remotely - my husband is disabled so getting to a solicitor is not easy. Ruby guided us through the process and the paperwork arrived within a few days. All in all, a very stress-free way to do our wills.

Get your will for £19.99 Simpler Wills is on website and a FINE way to get you to put your details AND GRAB your money and what a the horrible experience I had, I would NEVER RECOMMEND them to friends or family. When so called Michael consultant called me ( but had a different real name ) was QUICK in trying to sell the Will writing service for £49!!! Without even getting a draft will of my instructions to my LW in under 12 hours I got a email to give review!! I refused to write a review and when I called for more info on Exceutor I was shocked at the percentage they take to act as Exceutors and this time Micheal took 48 hours to return my call and when I regurgitated their way practice I rang back to get my REFUND of £49 and was told " only " Michael can authorise a refund. I emailed and demanded a prompt refund and a voice message was left on my phone that a refund will TAKE 3 WEEKS!!! I paused to think why SOOOO long when it was 5th day after talking to Michael that I had ZERO confidence with this Company and cancelled the drafting of my Will which takes 3 weeks.
This Company is not as Simple as it looks the money keeps going up with a few additional instructions. But now they are going go sit on my money for 3 weeks and probably buy stocks and shares before I get a refund! Beware with your onward calls you will be held for very long time on the phone!!

They said I would get an email which never came they also said I would get a welcome pack which never came on the date of the will writeing they where late notifying me and had to cancel it so I decided to cancel because of all the messing about

Information Important to understanding how much your going to be paying is very important something that did not happen during initial call to set up a will for mum however the will write went well. we paid for fast track two weeks later still waiting but this was due to a communication error hopefully we have resolved the matter and moved with speed to get the will back, time will tel watch for my next comment😅.
