Have always used their nano extensions and never had a problem but lately the silicon is just awful constantly slipping out of the bead, had this same feedback from many stylists too just feels like a waste of money for hair that won’t stay put! Shame as the hair does last well but what’s the point if it won’t stay in the head?

As someone who is learning the industry i really wanted to ensure I got some small buisness items.
I'm a plus size girl too, so it was important for me to find an apron which is size inclusive, simply hair did not disappoint. I absolutely love the apron with the watermelon chain straps. They are so comfortable and soft and I'm definitely going to order again, not just another apron but some other cheeky goodies.

Great quick service of goods

I've been buying from them for years and the quality has gone down drastically. The hair I've received lately has rubber bands that won't even stretch which tells me the hair is very old. I'm not sure if that matters but the main reason for the low ratting is that I've recently gone jet black and it's been a hit or miss with them. I've receive dark brown labeled as jet black and also different lengths. I always get 22" and usually buy 2 packs at a time. My last purchase I bought 3 and one of them was shorter then the rest.

I am not a hairstylist but a nail technician and it's just so stylish of an apron.

My first time ordering foil and some tint brushes, foils are lovely to work with and such pretty colours, the tint brushes are softer than I’m used to but I still love them and again there pretty.

I like the hair from here, affordable and matches fine hair texture as the hair fluffs out after washing, the only problem I have noticed with the past two purchases of stick tip hair is that from 4 packs of hair there is around 10 strands that have the tip too thick and does not fit in micro rings on a safe amount of hair- super annoying as you pay per pack of 20 you don't expect half to be unusable- over all though fast delivery and good service

Ordered hair for a client on next day delivery and it did not arrive, I have contacted the supplier who said they have raised the issues with DPD. After speaking with DPD they have not received any investigation or my order.
I am out of pocket by £150 and have no hair. Simply hair have sent me a return form to send the hair back for a refund and the parcel is lost. I will not be using this supplier again! They cost me a client and £150!!!

After an initial delay with my order (which I believe to be the fault of Royal Mail) they sent out a new one and the pieces are fab. Heat resistant as promised.
