Employers beware! You will pay to reveal each application if so desired. SimplyHired has no way whatsoever to protect your company from the unemployment scammers out there still trying to milk the system since the epidemic days. Entry level applicants are filling out applications, simply hired is having you pay for the reveal and then applicants are ghosting. Huge drain on resources. Big waste of money and time. Applicants are requesting absurd amounts for entry level employment. Find an alternate, more reliable route. Simply Hired is a waste.

Garbage company. As a staffing company in healthcare...to be told "we have found your jobs to be unsuitable for SimplyHired" is outrageous and laughable. They make you jump through all of these hoops to verify your company is real and once you do, they send you a message like that. I never received any applicants that were even close to being a qualified candidate for the jobs I posted anyway so my advice is to look elsewhere.

38 applicants for a remodeling expert. I got fork lift drivers, an accountant, a welder, someone who helped his dad rehab his home, recently accepted 1 applicant, rejected 3 and got charged 79.00 even with a 25.00 credit!

Simply hired has been easy to use, transparent pricing and most importantly, easy to get a hold of a LIVE person. I don't use any other sites because of the last item. Customer care is important!

I am impressed! My account went live 12:00 pm and by 3:49 I had my 1st applicant. I got my 2nd at 7:00 am the next day. Both applicants have the experience and skills I'm needing. Thanks for the hard choice...lol
Also, the pay terms are more than fair.

Customer service was great- I had an issue with account set up, but it took them less than 24 hours to resolve it.

Advertising is misleading, claim that posting a job is free but what they don't tell you upfront is that you need to pay to reveal the applicants information!
Posted a restaurant cooks job, and the calculated amount (based on demand) to pay was $123 per applicant! That's insane!! Ridiculous business practices! Does not help small businesses at all!

Absolute miserable experience trying to partner with them. We are a startup with 3 offices across the U.S and they told me we didnt have enough approval to be posted on the site. These were all salaried roles and I just cant fathom how they are even in business. Makes no sense. Wanted to move forward with a paid promotion but the fact they would not even approve us to be a client is maddening.

In the middle of reviewing applicants, and account was deactivated for no reason

Went through a lot of verification and added a lot of personal/business information (including credit card info) to create the account and post one job. Applicants are coming in (which is a HUGE gamble, because applicant quality is an issue, and people will just lie to get through screener questions). In the middle of reviewing, account was deactivated for no reason. Reached out, didn't get a reason, just that they want all business/entity information AGAIN. Huge pain, waste of time, and causes lack of trust because now there are two applicants (or more now, who knows) waiting there for a response from our side and will think it's our fault.

They had NO issues charging me to reveal applicants (granted, these were the first time credits provided), they did not say before hand that there was some additional verification (since we verified everything beforehand?) so there was no warning this was coming. So simply put, they had no problem taking credit/money, collecting all of our info, but with no warning they are ok with disabling an account in the middle of hiring and reviewing applicants. After two days, I was able to get my account unlocked; no reason given, no RCA, no apology. Worthless customer service.

They have a job posted by SLM Rescue Services, Soulbury, Leighton Buzzard.the job description is completely lies.SLM,only has a Police contract with Thames Valley,they do not have a contract with Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire police as they state the pay and conditions are really bad and you will be lucky if you get any correct wages if any Avoid this company.

I made an account on a Monday. They make you do a huge song and dance just to make an account. My account went live, along with my job posting Monday afternoon. When I checked back on Weds. to see why I had no hits, it said my account was deactivated. I emailed them to ask why when I had already been verified, I got no response. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. /sarcasm

We started using Simply Hired last year because we liked that they post to multiple hiring platforms and their rates are competitive. However, they are not easy to deal with. When we first created an account and posted a job, the job was paused by them....AFTER we received applicants. They did this because they wanted to verify that we are a legit business. That is fine, but how about do that before allowing us to post a job?? Gave them documentation proving we are a legit business and they unpaused the job. Fast forward a year, we now need to post for a new position....SAME ISSUE!!! We received 5 applicants for the job but we are not allowed to do anything with those applicants because they suspended our account. When I sent them an email inquiring as to the reason, they advised me that they need to verify our business. Ummmmm....you did that already! So, I responded at 8am advising them that we have already verified that we are a legit business and asked for them to reinstate our account....12 hours later and I still haven't received a response. Will just post our job on another platform that we haven't had these issues with.

I paid for dozens of resumes. Then out of nowhere they deactivated my account. And they wont respond to emails and no phone number to call. CROOKS

The issue was addressed the day I sent it. They read it and responded and were very understanding and it was resolved the best way possible!

Kelly, the CSR/IT specialist at SimplyHired is magnificent. When no one else in the company would reach out or help, Kelly went out of her way to assist me.

Kelly went above and beyond in my opinion. If it wasn't for her, my account would still be disabled due to a misunderstanding.

I have for many months told this company to fix the wrong email thay have in the profile. The correct email is on the resume. They say do this and do that; it does not correspond when you go to the profile. They are flat out refusing to cooperatee and take off the wrong email and wasting my time. My job was stolen by the CA gov, and I have the right to have the correct email in my profile and repair the damage this state has done to my finances and my career.

I have been posting on this site for about a year - have not received any good candidates in the entire time. Recently one of my postings had another businesses logo on my posting. When I alerted SH for the error I was then deemed unacceptable 3 days later. With no recourse and no ability to appeal. Oh, and I got my invoice for revealed applicants that I can no longer see yesterday as well!
