Bought an Axkid Minikid from Gabi a few months ago, communication was great, fast delivery. Seat is perfect and my daughter loves it. I feel so much better knowing she’s in the safest seat possible for as long as possible. Appreciate all Gabi does in educating and helping people on this important topic for free on the FB site too.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with Simply Safe Car Seats!
Gabi was really attentive and provided lots of information about the best car seat for my toddler.
Once ordered, the car seat was sent out extremely quickly and Gabi was able to advise on the fit and ongoing support.

I had been looking at erf carseats for a while and was in the car seat safety uk FB group run by this business owner.
I asked for advice in the group and was advised to get an axkid minikid 2 by the admin based on height, weight and age.

I was pleased to receive the seat quickly after ordering, but thats where the good experience ended!

I installed the seat and couldn't get a good fit for my baby. His head was flopping round like a ragdoll every time he fell asleep.
I tried to contact simply safe carseats via phone and messenger unsuccessfully so I posted for help in their FB group with photos.

The owner eventually replied but was very offish and rude for no reason as my post was just asking politely for help! She told me that my 9 month baby "needs to learn to hold his head up when he is asleep!"
How on earth a baby has control over their head when asleep i do not know!

I requested the owner to contact me which she never did. I commented on another post about this seat from another person and was again met with a rude and unhelpful response.

I called her out for not providing the support she promises and now I have been blocked from her group altogether!

Awful retailer I wish I never spent my money with her for this non existent customer service/support.

Stuck with this seat and headflop and no help now!

I have shown the owner screenshots of the fact that I have been unable to send a message on Facebook to their business page and a phone call to actually speak to someone is far easier.
I originally posted in the owners own group asking for help and got told my baby should learn to keep his head up. I reinstalled the seat and then got no response on my post so when I saw her speaking to someone else I tried to ask on this message thread due to no response to my request ro be contacted

Bought two car seats and iso bases for my newborn twins (Be Safe). Absolutely amazing! Better than any other ones we viewed in our opinion.
Our two decided that they would come early too by 6 weeks so teeny tiny. Purchased Preemie Inlays designed specifically for them too. Cannot fault them at all! If you want the best in safety for your lil ones, I highly recommend these seats! Super easy to use too. Pricey...yes, but you cant put a price on safety in my opinion and they're going to last significantly longer than any other infant carrier we looked at. The next stage also rear faces to 6 years too, so worth every penny!

This is my 3rd or 4th purchase from Gabi and as always, prompt delivery, excellent customer service and after care support. Will always be my go to!!

I bought 2 seats from this seller. One seat was missing a part and the company took no accountability for the missing parts, fobbed me off to sort it with someone else then blocked me from arranging a return. I had no replies from them for nearly 2 months. The seller was cocky, sarcastic and unprofessional. I would not recommend a purchase from this company, terrible customer service. If you want a seat that's incomplete then by all means waste your money

I have bought all of my most recent carseats from here (5 in total) and not had an issue with any of them. Always had amazing customer support too. Yesterday I purchased my most recent one for my son, the label was printed instantly and had a dispatch email right away! Received it today. Would always recommend to everyone I know!

This is my 2nd purchase from Gabi at Simply Safe, super fast delivery 1st time, 2nd time the label didn't print but as soon as this was sorted the seat arrived the following day. I'd recommend this lady to anyone. As a nana I want my grand babies travelling the safest they can for as long as they can. Will certainly be taking my custom back to her again when I need the next stage carseats

After exchanging a few messages on Facebook asking for recommendations on what car seat would be suitable- I bought the Axkid Minikid 2 (which was a quick delivery!) and when I felt unconfident on the fit, the help and advice I received was really helpful and I didn’t feel judged 😊

Joined the group ‘’car seat safety uk’’ on Facebook to learn more about safety for my first child. I have learned so much in this group, the admins (including the owners of this business) provide free support for everyone that needs it as well as fit/installation checks on car seats of all kinds, not just the ones they sell. My baby is in the higher centiles, meaning not all car seats would be a good investment as he would grow out of them quickly, without joining this group I’d have never known that! I was reccomended the axkid minikid 2 through the group and quickly snapped one up before they sold out, purchased from simply safe, it was dispatched the next day and came 2 days after ordering. I then sook advice on the fit and installation in the group and as always advice was provided. If you can support a small business, let it be this one. And join the Facebook group while you’re at it :)
