As a repeat customer of Bridgend Audi, 3 new, 1 used vehicle purchased. This experience delivered by Cameron at Bridgend Audi has been, and I will be polite, when saying appalling.
He was very, very keen to secure the sale, keeping in regular contact. Once the order was placed I had to chase him on a regular basis for updates. He, despite agreeing to then keep me updated, failed to do so. It was only the very, very professional intervention of the sales manager Mr Phil Morgan, and sales executive Andrew taking over the process that saved the order from being cancelled.
Prior to this purchase, for balance, I have received excellent service from all staff at Bridgend Audi, and I sincerely hope this poor experience will be an isolated incident

Fab salesman ( Martin Nixon) knew exactly what I was looking for, first car shown and I bought it. Excellent knowledge of the car, can't fault him.

I myself and my family have been to Bridgend Audi many times over the years to purchase our vehicles, the staff are very friendly and helpful and I have always trusted them so I would not go anywhere else when I am looking to change my car.

My visit in the first instance was just speculative. However during discussions on a potential new car, Sinclair not only provided me with a fair and reasonable trade-in, but made bold attempts to obtain a car from UK stock. This latter effort did not materialise, but we decided to go ahead with a new purchase which was conducted with professionalism and mutual satisfaction.

I am so happy with my car. Dan Jones was fantastic and professionally helped us find the perfect car that we are thrilled with. This is our third car and you really cannot beat Sinclair Bridgend Audi.

I called in to discuss two deals I had found online as I felt they were too good to be true. Upon arriving, I bumped into Dan in the car park and it all went from there.

Unfortunately the two cars I had earmarked had both been sold (testament to the fact the deal was a good one after all!) Despite this disappointing news, Dan set about finding me something similar to fit my needs and my budget.

Luckily there was a similar package for a car in the Swansea branch and Dan set things in motion. We went to look at a similar model in stock and I knew it was the car for me.

A few short days later, I returned to finish the paperwork and collect my new car. The process was seamless and Dan couldn’t have been more friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend both Sinclair Bridgend Audi and of course, Dan, for an immaculately executed customer journey.
