First Class Service/Experience
Elliot was outstanding! His knowledge of the vehicles was incredible!
His customer service skills were superb, relaxed, friendly, no pushing or over kill with the sale!
I had some reservations about going fully electric, had 101 questions, and he answered every single one of them, hence the sale!
BYD Swansea is going to look incredible when the showroom is completed!

Great experience buying our first car from Sinclair Swansea
We bought our Range Rover sport from Sinclair Swansea on Saturday and it was a great experience for us. Haz the gentleman who helped us find our perfect car was extremely helpful and very good at his job. He was in contact with us constantly made sure we knew everything that was happening and what we needed to do. Hes an asset to your company. We are very grateful to Haz. Thank you very much.

I recently dealt with Row, Chris, and Scott at the Sinclair Group Swansea and the service was nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. Their customer service is truly second to none, nothing was too much trouble and they made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Olivia was very professional throughout the process and has a very good customer service, and as a company, you should be very proud to have her as part of your team. She was always available if any questions arose and answered these very quickly. Maria was available on pick up day and again was very polite and delt with us very professionally
