Well happy with the car BUT after…
Well happy with the car BUT after spending nearly £90.000 pound cash I thought there could have bean a better reveal than just weighting so long after turning up for the pick up of my car and just saying to me il go and put some petrol in you car and be back soon then just driving it to the window there is your car . NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING DISAPPOINTED.

Great buying experience from the team…
Great buying experience from the team in particular Rob Edmunds good Comms from start to finish made provision for me to test drive multiple vehicles, also the car was in a different dealership so arranged for it to be delivered to view prior to purchasing. Also made arrangements for delayed pick up as I was away for the weekend pop in have a look around you never know what you might find

Great customer service from Caitlin
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the Service Team at Mercedes-Benz of Cardiff for the wonderful service I received.
A special thank you to Caitlin, who looked after me throughout. She kept me updated every step of the way, was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience completely stress-free.
The team fixed all of the faults I originally booked the car in for, and they even investigated other issues that weren't part of the original booking. That level of care and attention really exceeded my expectations.
I can't thank Caitlin and the whole team enough. It's fantastic customer service like this that gives you confidence in both the dealership and the Mercedes-Benz brand. Highly recommended!

Rang Mercedes Cardiff looking to purchase a A-Class and was greeted by Robert Edmunds who straight away took care of me and helped me decide on the car I wanted, I came in and expecting to be purchasing a pre pended vehicle and today I’m driving a way with a brand new Mercedes, my experience with Rob has been 10/10

Great service on changing my car
Great service on changing my car. Kaine was very easy to deal with and everything he said he would do, he did it. He also came back to me on any queries and he did everything he could to resolve them. The turnaround to getting my new car was really quick. Overall the experience was great and I thank Kaine for helping me with my purchase
