Bought a Hyundai i10
Bought a Hyundai i10. Lovely car for a good price and it was delivered home on time.
The sales team were very good and kept us informed of the process.
One suggestion: The online documents were impossible sign because not everyone has a PDF editor.

Purchase of new car
The sales person i dealt with, Angela Jones kept me informed through the. Whole process from ordering the car, the stages the car was at & the handover. Angela was always available if i had any questions and made the whole experience very easy and unstressfull. Although I live quite some distance from Aberystwyth i will always return to sinclairs for my future cars and this is mainly due to the service I recieved.

Another example – Don’t part with a reservation fee – it won’t be refunded
Found a superb LR Discovery Landmark at Sinclair Aberystwyth and paid £149 on 6 September to reserve it. Planned to go and see the vehicle. However on ringing to make arrangements, discovered vehicle had been sold. That was disappointing in itself. Calls and numerous emails to Neil Parry and James Irvine have not resulted in a refund, despite assurances to the contrary with a growing list of implausible reasons for the delay. Will this refund ever be made? I am sitting and waiting …. Customer service? Draw your own conclusion.

Having spoken with the Management team at Aberystwyth, they have stressed their sincerest apologies for the issues you have faced.
