This is my third car I've bought with Sinclair in Bridgend!
The staff are super friendly and can answer all of my questions.
Signing the documents is easy and hand over of the car was efficient, talking me through the new features of the car - keyless entry and no handbrake lever, as well as the set up of the volkswagen app.
Will continue to go back to the Bridgend dealership.

From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with a hello and a smile from the sales executive. We were greatly impressed by the welcome and hospitality we received. Having dealt with numerous main dealers in the Ford group we were never offered the welcome we experienced at VW Sinclair Bridgend.

Overall very good experience buying and selling my car with Sinclair Bridgend. Was a shame that my new car too so long to tax however it appears to have been a system failures of technology rather than employees. Very thorough explanation how to use infotainment so felt reasonably confident driving home in my first electric car
